La Zebra Hotel Tulum

This is one of the best hotels in Tulum. The service is impeccable. The food is delicious and the rooms and beachfront cabanas are amazing! This was an amazing experience for my fiancé and I. We enjoyed our lounge pool room and deck. The cleaning staff are like little ninjas coming in and sweeping the place clean so that when you arrive back it’s always so polished, clean and ready for you to enjoy. So happy we chose to stay here. We will definitely be back! The nachos and coffee bar are a hit as well as the delicious drinks!

This place is great. Food was on point, service was prompt and drinks were delicious. Only thing better was the beach. They have a $75/pp consumable minimum spend for adults which is easy to blow through. Overall we would go again.

We had a wonderful vacation at La Zebra. It’s the perfect beach front hotel and 10-15 minute walk from a lot of popular restaurants and shops. Everyone was so welcoming and kind. We loved the double showers and the plunge pool. Our rooms included a beach hat, beach bag, towels, beach ponchos, bug repellent, and much more which was so thoughtful because we forgot to bring these items. We enjoyed the evening tea brought to our room each evening. We highly recommend!

We didn’t stay at this hotel but we had a meal there and it was excellent! It felt more authentic for Mexican food than our all-inclusive resort. Our server was great and the view was spectacular. After dinner, we were allowed to go down to the private beachfront. The waves were so fun and the water was warm. The kids and I played until dark. Overall, great vibes at this place and it looked like a great place to stay for a romantic getaway.

Stayed in the Master Suite with plunge pool on a rooftop next to a clean, beautiful ocean! We had our own designated cabana associated with our room #. Stunning views. Room was clean and spacious. A/C temp was perfect and the shower was massive. Friendly service as well :)

We only visited the restaurant and beach club for a day, but wish we had been there for longer. Excellent location, lovely loungers, play area, pool and good food at decent prices. Daniel the day manager was so helpful when organising our day and nothing was too much trouble. We also had 2 very good massages, the spa is incredibly relaxing.

We have visited La Zebra many times as day guests at the beach club/restaurant. They have wonderful food, drinks and amazing service. We have two younger kids who love the small playground area and we appreciate how family friendly it is while still feeling sophisticated and enjoyable for us adults.

Service was great. Food was delicious. There’s a minimum spend to use their beach club. $80 PP (consumable) worth it IMO- Very family friendly, we went with our 18month and he had a blast.

We had an incredible stay at La Zebra. Our garden room had a pretty significant ocean view, which was a lovely surprise. Great location, within walking distance of several great restaurants. Loved how quiet it was. The restaurant was ok, dinner was better than breakfast.

I was so happy with every aspect of my stay at La Zebra. The room was beautiful (still missing the shower especially!), the bed was comfortable, and we had everything we needed and more, including umbrellas and q-tips! The staff was so kind and helpful, from the concierge team to the restaurant staff. Thanks to Ricardo for helping me book transportation from the hotel to the resort we were going to for a wedding! We ate breakfast at the hotel restaurant each morning we were there because it was that good. We also had dinner at the restaurant on Thursday for Taco Thursday. I was thrilled at the amount of options for myself as someone who doesn't eat animal products or drink alcohol and everything was delicious. There was a live Latin band and a Dia De Los Muertos performance which was lovely and fun. Prior to arriving I was slightly concerned about noise levels at night, but it was not an issue. It was a peaceful stay. Will absolutely be staying there again if I return to Tulum and would recommend to anyone!

Wonderful hotel with beautiful rooms and great beach! The hotel staff was very friendly and we really enjoyed our stay. For us it was a perfect location, you only need 10 minutes to the coolest bars and restaurants of Tulum! Can’t wait to come back.

This was hands down the BEST vacation I have been on to date!! Not one single tiny detail was overlooked...BEST food, service, location, accommodations!! Jaime, Will, and Chef Eleazar Bonilla made my experience especially unforgettable!! I will definitely be back!!

Great dinner with very attentive and kind service (thank you Jorge)! My partner and I loved that the music and atmosphere was chill and quiet. Food and drinks were good! Loved that it was so close to our stay at Mahayana.

Incredible hotel! The room was very neat and the bed was super comfortable; the room's balcony had amazing ocean views and a nice big couch to sit and relax in the late afternoons. Staff were super friendly and their service was outstanding.
The hotel is also located away from the party spots, so you can really relax and sleep well at night.

Peaceful beach club vibes with a $75/person food and drink minimum the week before Christmas, varies by season. Pina coladas were awesome, but what made our experience was our server Carlos! Very attentive and moved us to nicer beach loungers as the day went on since we arrive at noon and the only loungers left were at the very back.

The beach club , beach, staff and food wete great. The location is a bit far from the rest of the resorts but thats ok. Yhe beach club is great option when you have kids.

Such a nice place, with a beautiful beach and extremely good service. The food is delicious and our waiter (Abraham) took such good care of us. Will definitely recommend

Zebra is my favorite hotel accepting kids in Tulum. This is the second time I come and I love it.
The service is very very nice, special mention for Juan Carlos the AMAZING concierge of the hotel. He really makes a difference.
Last year I booked a beachfront beach level suite with plunge pool and this year a beachfront penthouse. Both were amazing.
These categories have reserved beachbed, which is so nice.
The hotel is a great value for money.
The location is nice, very central.
