Stunningly gorgeous, and super cool. The water was very clear and there were many stalagmites to swim around. $30 and they ONLY take cash, but worth every penny. Go on a weekday though. And Shower more!

We went in the morning during the week and there were very few people there. The area is awesome and the water was very clear. I'd recommend renting a snorkel from the stand inside to explore the caves. It was 100% worth it. Be prepared, you will need to rinse off before entering the cenote (to rinse off any sunscreen, bug spray, etc. to protect the area). The shower water is brisk but well worth it.

Lovely cenote. A bit expensive- 500 pesos per person and an additional 30 for the locker. Important to note they accept cash only. Also probably best to get a taxi or colectivo there rather than cycle bikes. We cycled our bikes and it was a bit hectic along the highway.

This cenote is magnificent. Very beautiful with turtles swimming close to you. The price is 500 pesos which includes the life vest and goggles. You can pay extra 30 pesos to have a locker which is conveniently located by the cenote. The cenote is quite big and has two sides. You can spend a full day here and plan a picnic in the area as well. Totally recommended.

Despite some not so great reviews we decided to go here. It was actually quite nice. There was a portion of the time we were alone and captured some great footage. I definitely recommend, parking isn’t a disaster like other cenotes. And you move pretty quickly even if there’s a short line. Cash only!!!!

Beautiful place with lots of turtles. Enjoyed snorkeling here. There is other area which is shallower for kids and you can swim through the cave to get there as well.

Beautiful, free-swim cenote. The cavern is large with a long cave to float through. The water is lovely, and the grounds are beautifully maintained.

Such a beautiful Cenote!! It’s $30us to get in & you get the life jacket & snorkel included. Spend as much time as you like swimming with the turtles , take all the pics you want ! There’s lockers for your personal items. Bring towels & your ID if you want a locker. There’s no restaurants on site but lots of taxis to take you back.

Smaller than expected but an absolutely stunning place - the turtles are adorable. Cash only (500 pesos). Bring your own towels. Choose a day with some sunshine

Amazing experience! Bring dollars, since in dollars you will pay less. The water seems to be cold,.about 18 degrees of Celsius.
There are turtles and fish there , the underground caves look amazing.
I definitely recommend visit it. We have spent about 3 hours.
They will give you life jacket which is mandatory, in fact you can take it off in some areas.
Bring your own mask and tube. If you do not have one - you would need to leave your ID to rent one. They cost of lockers is about 2 dollars - not returnable.
You could bring the water lighter which you can use under the water to see more.
The water is crystal clear, 12-15 meters deep.

Great time at this cenote. 500 pesos per person
Life jacket (mandatory when going in the water) and snorkel equipment included - bring an ID with you for this. Make sure to not wear sunscreen because of the animals (turtles and small fish). No food or water available so make sure to bring some! 10/10 experience

Went Monday morning at 8:45 and were almost only people there. Absolutely stunning. Bring your ID so you can leave it as a deposit on a mask (included in ticket price with life jacket). There’s so much to see under the water- stalagmites everywhere and lots of turtles / fish. There are plenty of birds too and only some bats in one of the caves. I’m scared of bats but this place did not frighten me. The facilities are super nice and parking is easy and free. Must see! Worth the price because it was the most impressive we went to. Would love to be able to scuba here.

Admission is $500 MX a person (double of what others are apparently) but definitely worth it. We paid in pesos / cash. There aren’t any high points to jump off of but there is one area that is deep enough to do a cannonball jump into the water. The water is crystal clear, there isn’t much to see in the water besides small fish but it did seem like others really enjoyed looking at the water. Everyone has to wear a life jacket (which they give you) and they do reinforce this rule. This is a great spot for people who don’t swim well since besides wearing the life vest, there are a handful of places where you can stand in the water.

I would highly recommend this cenote! After going to just this one, I didn’t feel like I needed to explore others.

Let me guess people will say it's expensive. I'm from NY, so what isn't. It's super close to downtown and 20 minutes from the hotel zone. They have lockers for your valuables. Beautiful underwater scenery & you can swim from one side of the open Cenote into another thru a huge tunnel. There's a rope to pull yourself across just in case you worryworts are already hyperventilating. I bought a snorkel set before I left for Mexico, and they provide mandatory vests. Don't forget to get a waterproof cellphone carrier or ur go pro.

Went to 3 cenotes while in Tulum and this was my favorite. It's big, it's gorgeous, and clear. Wasn't too crowded like the ones tour busses go to. Swimming with turtles and bats? Highly recommend.

A stunningly beautiful natural cave and spring where you can swim, snorkel, and explore the cave. A grassy area is also available to sunbath/ relax. $30 US entry fee per person cash only. Be sure to bring a towel, ID for snorkel and mask. You are required to shower prior to entry into the spring. No use of sunblock permitted to protect wildlife. Must be able to climb stairs to access the cenote.

500 pesos including snorkel gear. 30 pesos for locker. Able to see lots of turtles and bats in the caves which was incredible. Light filtering through the trees and on the rocks was really cool to look at. We got there at 8:10am when it opened and had the place to ourselves for maybe 15 minutes. Didn’t get crowded on our Friday morning 😊
