Organized chaos but better than most American bus companies

This is a great stop because it’s in the center of town. It’s a small building often crowded but you have no problem exiting

This is a great way to visit Bacalar. You can buy your tickets in advance from their east to use website. The facilities are clean and the service was great. This station has an ATM and a small convenience store to buy snacks for your trip.

I would recommend buying your ticket the day before. Definitely helps to know Spanish or at least have google translate uploaded on your phone.

I read reviews for every where I go on Google Maps. I was in line for 10mins in a full depot, bus left right on time and the bus is super clean. The negative reviews are a one-off, I’m guessing. Trust this company and enjoy the trip! Cheers from a Canadian.

The bus station has two ATMs.
I traveled from Cancún to Tulum with ADO, it was around 3h and was on time.
The bus seat was comfortable with bathroom, usb charging and air conditioner. You can book your ticket online. Recommend!

Affordable & comfortable way to get from Cancun Airport to Tulum. The bus were new, clean & comfortable. There are always Taxi’s outside so you can catch one if needed.

Domt be afraid to take the local busses! They're cheap and they get you where you're going! I had no problems in my 2 hour ride from Tulum to Cancun airport.

Luxury rides, soft ride and apitless with TV and bathroom. Don't look no further you're not gonna beat ADO bus rides.

Very small terminal, be prepared to stand and wait, limited seats. Download the ADO app to buy tickets in advance (which is in Spanish)

Book online to avoid any lineups. They are on time, air conditioner and comfy.

Things can get lost in translation

Get you from here to there at a cost-effective rate. Utilized service from Tulum to Cancun Airport terminal. Departed about 15 minutes late bit arrived in Cancun 20 minutes early. Bus is comfortable, has toilet, air, clean windows. People sometimes disregard seating assignments. If this happens just get with program & take another seat. This is how they get down.

if you want cheapest option, you always can take a Van on the highway, it's collective transport, it works 24/7 and prices are depending you are and where you go, prices on pic are valid FROM Tulum. The last stop is Playa del Carmen so if want to go to Cancun, you should go to Playa and then take another van to Cancun; so total cost Tulum-Cancun would be $90 MXN.

There are two ATM on site, barefoot and Santander.
