Tulum Nueve

The room and service were impeccable. Absolutely loved the place. The only negative point would be the location as it is located close to the main highway. However, you have to drive for 2 mins from the highway to the hotel through a narrow single lane off road in the woods. The hotel has only 3 or 4 accommodations as of now and all of them are top notched with some exceptional designing. The host was a couple and they were just icing on the cake.

We had a great stay here. The owner was really friendly. We arrived late at night and he was still able to accommodate us and give us some drinks. Also on our last day he offered to drive us into the centre for a lesser fee. The bungalow itself is amazing, nice decor and a little outdoor space with a water feature. Also a very friendly dog roaming the place :) the only issue for us was that it was difficult to access without transport. You definitely need some or you’ll be paying lots in taxi fees. Also it’s not very well signposted, look out for a sign for cenote labnaha and you should see the handwritten sign for Tulum nueve. A great place to relax and unwind.

Tulum Nueve is a wonderful place to stay for those that want a little more quiet while in Quintana Roo/Tulum. My boyfriend and I stayed for 6nights during Christmas break in a beautiful eco-lodge. The entrance to the property may be a little tricky finding at night off the 307 highway. I highly suggest renting a car so you can come and go as you please and have more access to visit and tour Cancun.
The lodge is surrounded by beautful palm trees and there are 2 other lodges. The property has a pool which is perfect on hot days and a hammock for siestas! There are also 2 cenotes which aren't accessible yet, but the owner is hoping to open them within the next year.
Our lodge was the first one coming onto the property. The lodge is built from palm thatch and is very open with high celiing. The room has a fan,for those nights that are a little hotter in summer. There is a beautiful stone shower with a bench for seating. Each room has a private non-heated jacuzzi and courtyard for sitting outside and enjoying your morning coffee. The weather in Tulum is cooler at night in the winter months (Nov-Feb.) and during the day can reach close to 85F.
I would highly recommend staying at Tulum Nueve for those looking for more natural/jungle-like experience, with the convenience of visiting Tulum within a 15min drive. I would definitely be back again soon!

Beautiful and peaceful oasis in the middle of the jungle.. great minimalist design, great host, loved the facilities, very minimal impact made to ecosystem so we got to see plenty flora and fauna (butterflies, dragonflies, birds and many plants). Will absolutely go back <3

C'était vraiment un très bel appartement ! Nous avons pu cuisiner et profiter de la piscine avec vu sur la forêt. Les draps étaient cependant un peu déchiré et la lumière de la piscine ne fonctionnait pas.
Il y avait également pas mal de petites termites, rien d'inquiétant mais il faut faire attention à la nourriture.

Excelente lugar para descansar a las afueras de Tulum. Muy tranquilo. Fuimos de vacaciones para descansar y fue la mejor elección. Los anfitriones son super amables y serviciales, la alberca natural que tienen está preciosa con la temperatura perfecta para refrescarte y relajarte. Nuestra cabaña muy bonita y fresca. Si quieres descansar solo o en familia es el lugar perfecto.

Un sitio estupendo!
Es difícil de encontrar, hay que estar atentos a los carteles. Una vez que llegues te recibe un gran perro super simpático que solo quiere saludar. Es un sitio pequeñito muy acogedor. La cabañas tienen un gran tamaño, están abriendo un cenote, tiene una piscinita muy bonita...
La verdad que el sitio está estupendo.
Si vuelvo a Tulum, iré aquí directo.

Un lieu extra à Tulum, des hotes d'une extreme gentillesse. Les cabanes sont magnifiques au milieu de la végétation. Nous recommandons sans hésiter ce lieu à 100%
