The kids (14 and 15) loved this place! Tons to do and the food in the restaurants is surprisingly good!! Highly recommend doing the super snorkel- by far the highlight of the day. $60/person for 30 minutes but they LOVED it. No long lines for bathrooms or showers. We had massages there and while the massages were great, a husband was waiting for his wife while she had a massage and they had two screaming toddlers there THE ENTIRE TIME that I wish the massage place would have asked them to wait elsewhere because it ruined the experience for us when you’re wanting relaxation and tranquility.

We came from Planet Hollywood and the ride was a little over 3 hours, which was longer than expected but the bus was comfortable.

The snorkel masks fogged immediately so that was frustrating.

The place was clean- people were constantly cleaning floors in the restaurants and bathrooms so water wasn’t pooled everywhere, and the service in the restaurants was very friendly and quick.

Beautiful place that's set up well. This is not a water park with lots of artificial rides but access to beautiful and fun natural features. The ability to get snorkel gear, towels and lockers was easy

The best water park I’ve ever been to!!! Do not skip this place when in the Cancun/Tulum area! So many different things to see & do, for all ages. It was $116 USD/person, with food & drinks included in the price (even alcohol). A very fair price for all there is to offer there! Very well maintained & staff were very nice. I can’t wait to be back! We were there for 8 hours & got to do everything we wanted to do! The food wasn’t amazing, but when you’re hungry from doing water activities all day, it does the job. Lockers all around the park are free to use, snorkeling gear is provided at no extra cost, plenty of chairs provided with shade.

What a great park! I will go back here any chance I get. So much to see and do. Plenty of place to relax and enjoy the scenery along with land and water activities. The 98 foot tall water slide has amazing views and very fun. Snorkeling is amazing and I saw 3 stingrays with one swimming directly under me. What an amazing experience!

A giant body of water with amazing water activities. Cliff jumping, ziplining, cave swimming and a lazy river. Beautiful space with so much to do. The food was excellent and service was quick and efficient. The washroom was always clean and the staff was always available to help. Free lockers, free swimming equipment, will definitely come back!

Family friendly place. All included, no worries for nothing. You can go snorkeling all day, bikes, playground and many many more places. We liked it a lot. You need the whole day to see it all. It is big. Children under 10 cannot go to all the attractions, but there are plenty of others. Did not regret it. We bought tickets online directly on their site, is cheaper than the agency from the hotel by 10-15%.

The price had me worried... But it was worth it... Great relaxing day doing water activities. Food was good, never felt overly crowded. It is really a choose your own adventure type place. I would strongly recommend it. Lifejackets are required, I am a strong swimmer but after all day I was glad at the end to have it.

Absolutely beautiful place. Can be pricey. Snorkeling, tubing, zip lines, slide, and there are also many activities you can pay extra for. I did wish the dolphins were free, and though we had stopped doing these kinds of exhibits,

Big park with lots to do. Lockers, towels and food were included. They charge extra for a lot of activities such as interacting with animals. 1 hour drive each way from our resort at Xcaret Arte. We were dropped off at 10 AM and picked up at 5 PM.

Beautiful! Absolutely beautiful! We think we have it good, but this natural aquatic park is absolutely spectacular! From the staff, to the beautiful wild life it was all absolutely incredible. This is well worth the trip! They have dolphins, manatees, tons of incredible birds , and fish right at your feet.

Perfect place for perfect day with kids, especially if you prefer nature over concrete paths and swimming pools. There is plenty of people o think, but you can't really feel it in other places than foodcourt. There is plenty to choose from, and enough drink and food (included in price) to keep everyone happy. The only downside are pricey photos from extra curriculum activities (cheapest package was 120$!).

I brought my twin 13yo kids to XelHa on Saturday March 16 2024. We got the best rate on tickets for participating in a membership presentation at Xcaret hotel. If you buy the membership don’t accept the first offer and make sure to negotiate terms and rates. Since we had a reservation we had to pick up our tickets in a kiosk, NOT where they sell tickets. Follow the red line towards a kiosk that located next to the parking lot.

I paid extra for the kids to swim with the dolphins and they enjoyed every second of it. The slide was so much fun and you can enjoy the buffet as many times as job like plus they have an open bar. I’d recommend splurging and buying the photo package. I was surprised at the quality of the photos. It also comes with two drone shots which look super cool.

Would definitely recommend anyone visiting Cancun to come here. It beats the prices of day clubs in Tulum too and is only 20 minutes from downtown.

a beautiful natural park focused on ecology and marine life and plant conservation. I loved the plant nursery and all the animals who looked well cared for. It’s one of a kind place because the original landscape was preserved as much as possible while also being an amusement park. The food in the mexican buffet was local and delicious, staff was helpful, and the park was very easy to navigate. I also really enjoyed the activity to collect stamps into a ‘passport’ that’s also a booklet filled with interesting facts about the park and the ecosystem - would recommend this as a souvenir, not just for kids.

Our best experience during our vacation to Riviera Maya. Plenty of water activities and also a few activities not in water (biking, playground, floating bridge). The food is delicious and you can rent lockers, tubes, snorkels and towels for free. So nice compared to Xcaret where everything is at an additional price.
We really enjoyed the slides, river tubing, ziplines, snorkeling and just seeing the place is gorgeous!
The only thing to prepare for is a lot of walking or planning the day so you do the activities in an order that doesn't require lots of walking.

amazing natural water park for swimming , activities are expensive don’t pay for them just come with the mindset of swimming and see nature . And bring some comfortable shoes you will walk a lot !!

FYI don’t eat at the international buffet the burgers and chicken are undercooked raw and pink . Go to the restaurant next to it they serve fast food and the food is cooked thoroughly

Honestly this place was a blast !!! Between zip lining into the ocean to tubing down the river walking across the floating bridge I don't know what was more fun. There was so many different things to do and see the wildlife was awesome as well. From what I remember it was all you can drink and the food was pretty good too. I would definitely visit here again and bring friends !

This place is a blast for water lovers. Snorkeling, zip lines, bikes, all you can eat food and drinks. We upgraded to the swimming with a dolphin and it was truly worth it. The only thing we didn't really care for was the large tower and water slide. We stayed at Playa del Carmen and bought tickets and transportation directly from Xcaret (much better deal than taxi or rental).

Ok, so the price may seem a little pricey... it's about $150. It's totally worth it!! There's an add on where u pay a little extra, but you can take unlimited photos throughout the park. You scan your bracelet and there's stations that take your pic. Also, food and drinks are included with a variety of food. The place itself is beautiful. Towels, snorkel gear are included. I went during the week, so it wasn't crowded.

I had visited years ago, but during my recent visit I got to experience far more of the park. We did a full day and were busy the entire time. I would return in a heartbeat.

The fact that so many things are included with admission is one of the best parts. Locker, towels, food, drinks, life jackets, snorkel equipment, and bikes are all part of the package. With all of that comfortably in place, we felt free to explore while carrying as little as possible.

We did a lot of exploring! Lots of swimming and walking, some biking, all of it beautiful. The fish you see will certainly vary, but having one of the big rays pass under you is quite the experience. The mangroves in the river swap up the mood entirely.

We managed a pretty easy day in terms of the crowds and it was a dream. We didn't feel any of the extra experiences were necessary for us, but they are all well integrated into the park if one chose to do them. Really a spectacular day.

very nice park. Cost Activities I will recommend sea trek ( not discover one), zip bike in the jungle and snuba if you know how to swim or dive. But you don't have to pay to enjoy swimming or inlet to see fishes.
