Very first branch in Mon State. Excellent shopping experience like other Ocean Centres nationwide. Places provided to sit and eat fast food within the centre is unique.

The whole place is clean (including the toilets) and have great AC have almost everything. Might not get the moat out of your money but it will save time and will be much nicer

This is the best supermarket in town.The place is nice and clean. it have KBZ bank,YKKO, Lotteria fast food chains,big super market,hotpot restaurant, season bakery and small movie theatre which only play myanmar low quality movie.The food are reliable for freshess and hygiene.

Ocean super center is one of the biggest shopping mall in Myanmar. This Mawlamyine brench of Ocean Supercenter is one of the best too. First, it has good parking place. It has brand shops and good restaurants too. There is also an electronic and mobile stores, erke store, and watch shop too. You can get fried chicken and many other food here. A nice place to visit and shopping.
