Nice room, great breakfast with egg station, some warm local dishes, fruit, toast etc. Rooms were nice. Welcome drinks were tasty and service great. Nice view onto river. Nothing to complain!

PS: this place is very close to a really good barbecue/grill restaurant a few meters south along the waterfront.

River front view from the rooms and watch the sun rise or sun set from the restaurant. Comfortable and clean rooms. Food options for breakfast was plenty and tasteful. Quiet and away from the busy market but still close enough to be able to walk around to places.

Nice modern hotel on Strand Road, about five minutes walk away from the night market. Breakfast is pretty good with a variety of mainly local and Asian options. Rooms are clean, with comfortable beds. Wifi was okay, but could be faster. Will definitely stay again when in Mawlamyine.

Room is clean. Service is satisfactory with very polite and welcoming staffs. Located near the review with fantastic view to which we enjoyed during our breakfast. Had a delicious breakfast too. Recommend to visit.

Most excellent hotel in this area of Myanmar. Clean room. Hot water. A/C that works and a great staff. Be sure to request rooms facing the river or you may get a room with a view of the building wall next door. I had an 4th floor river view and the evening sunset was spectacular. Breakfast included, be sure to order eggs cooked to order to go along with the buffet. Internet worked very well.

River view, fair value. Welcome drink and a nice wet towel after a long drive. Twin room with a warm wooden floor is comfortable and clean. Breakfast was so-so. Only set back is the occasional power outage. 5-star given for the river view and fair value.

PS: Try asking for a hardboiled egg and you are likely to be given a soft-boiled egg. 😁

Value for money, hospitable staff, super clean, great location, good spread of breakfast options. It's directly in front of the night market, which was a fun experience. Remember to ask for rooms with a river view.

Very efficient and friendly. Good feeling among the staff. Lovely views over the Thanlwin river. Stayed there many times now. Best hotel in Mawlamyine and not the most expensive.

Rooms are clean. Service is very nice and the river view rooms have nice clear view of Than Hlwin River.

The rooms are quite small but nice and clean. The I recommend the river side room if possible. The breakfast is great.

Nice lodging. We can see beautiful sunset view on Belu inland and Than Lwin River because it have beside the stream street.

It's in the riverbank, I was expected to get a riverview room but it's not available at that time. I was quite unhappy at first but it turns out to be the better opportunity, the better view as I can see the better urban landscape of Mawlamyaing.

I think that this is the best hotel in the city. Located right on Strand Road on the waterfront. Great views, reasonable prices.
