Such a great find in Mandalay. 6 floors of gym badassness. Converted a hotel into a multi floor gym with Rogue plates and equipment from Thailand. Lots of attachments and it’s super nice that it has AC. Also super clean.

Day rate is 20k mmk which does not include boxing on the top floor.

They have trainers there and they were very nice and often helped me un rack my weights from the bench and were also keeping a very close on me to see if I needed a spot.

Downsides I couldn’t get the sauna to turn on, but I also did not ask for help. So it might be working. They do not have a squat rack. Only a smith machine.

Definitely worth a visit if you want a solid workout while in Mandalay.
