Mercure Mandalay Hill Resort

One of the most beautiful hotels I've stayed at before. There weren't many other guests there, but the hotel was immaculate and there was an extensive breakfast with both local and western options. Nice amenities, including a beautiful pool and extensive gym facilities. The staff were all extremely pleasant throughout my stay, including the concierge, reception, restaurant, and cleaning staff. It's a great place to stay in Mandalay, especially if you check for their promotions.

Close to Mandalay Hill and next door to a monastery that is custodian to a Peshawar Buddha relic. The rooms and bedding have been recently upgraded. It must be challenging to run a hotel with only a handful of guests….

The best green space in Mandalay. . The gardens are beautifully kept. Friendly bar area, and the buffet dinner is excellent value - though only if you eat Western style! (Far too much on offer.) Hosting the Irrawaddy Literature Festival currently - a great event to put in the diary for 2020 too, it's a perfect venue.

One of the nicest places in Mandalay, and definitely worth the price. Resort with a spa, fitness, pool bar and open-air restaurant and theatre, all in great architecture style. The rooms are a little outdated what concerns the furniture, but all more than compensated by the ambience of the resort.

This is the nicest hotel we stayed at in Myanmar. We were treated like royalty upon arrival. The place is beautiful, the service is top notch, the food is incredible, but the best thing here is the spa. If you want to be treated like a king or a queen, then book a spa service. We did a 3.5 hour treatment that in the US would have cost $500 +, here it was $100USD

Nice hotel convenient situated near the temples of Mandalay. One can have a relaxing walk along the road to the temples nearby or challenge oneself to the exercise of walking up the Mandalay hill to the famous pagoda at the top.
Do bring a small backpack with some water and a small plastic bag to put your shoes in if you are not going to have faith in the other tourists and leave your shoes before entering any of the temples.
Short tops, shorts and berms are not allowed in the temples too.

Such a lovely, heavenly place! The atmosphere is great, the breakfast is exquisite, the garden is like paradise. Make sure you check out the garden around the spa, it's a real adventure and it feels like a dream if you explore it!

Probably, one of the best hotels in Mandalay. I had great experience of St. Valentines Day, enjoying gym, SPA, swimming pool and celebration dinner there. This hotel has all facilities for high class tourists. Highly recommended!

Room price USD167 per room is consider a little expensive but service is excellent, have a great view to Mandalay Hill,big room, have swimming pool and got 50% off for spa, delicious breakfast. Overall rating is 5 star from my point of view.

Possess the panoramic view of Mandalay Hill and pagodas, Mandalay Palace and moat, Mandalay Hill Golf course and Mandalay Division Parliament building.
Fantastic swimming pool and gym are in the back of building.
Event halls for academic, business and social purposes are standard.
Good catering service is provided.

Nice hotel and great staffs. One thing I would request they improve immediately is the amount of mosquitos in the lobby, bar and restaurant downstairs. If you can prevent it then have mosquitoes spray near by for the guest to use.

Room was epic! Food was good. I had a seminar here at the hotel venue. Everything was excellent! .. except the welcome drink, it taste like spicy green vegetables lol

Hotel is good reception Cheated to mich tourist pay good price for. One day Nomal one day sightseeing in mandalay 30usd they change from tourist 50or 60usd. When tourist arrived in hotel they said if you need taxi please tell us outside taxi is not safety for you we can arrangements for your taxi that is want to cheat tourist

Very nice hotel, well located just by the foot of Mandalay Hill. Rooms are clean and well maintained. They also have good F&B options. It is one of the good options to stay while in Mandalay.

The team lead by Ms Win is really impeccable and superb. Also they have good clean room. Mercure Mandalay Hill has service of Sofitel and Swissotel equivalent. Must stay

This really is a 5 star hotel, not sure why Google ranks it as a 4 star. The rooms, service and food was great. Very nice breakfast buffet. Lunch and dinner is quite pricey though.

Located at the foot of Mandalay Hill, very spacious hotel. Spa, swimming pool, souvenir shop, cafe and bakery, restaurant, fitness center, tourist service counter, all facilities you can think of and needed.
