Thae Su [Massage&Cooking Class]

We went to Thae Su house for first a massage. It was a really good one for 6000 kyats/hour. The whole family works together and the atmosphere there is so peaceful, we like it a lot !
The next day, we had cooking class with Thae Su. We chose the meal we want to prepare, then She brought us to the market, really nice experience, then we cooked together ! We really recommend you to do a cooking especially with Thae Su !

We did the cooking class with Thae Su and we are very satisfied! She is so friendly and gave us a local experience.

First, she took us to the market to buy the fresh ingredients, where we also could decide what we wanted. Then, we made our 5 dishes. In the end we could enjoy our self-made lunch in the garden with a beautiful view.

Would highly recommend! Price also very good: 20.000kyat per person for approximately 3 hours!

Lovely to see Thae Su and family again. I came here first in 2014 and returned in 2019 just to see them again. We had a really good meal after choosing the ingredients in the market and preparing them. Especially delicious house pancakes and vegetarian and chicken curries. Sadly only a flying visit bit do seek out Thae Su for massage or meal. Martin Clay

Great no-frills place for a relaxing and excellent massage. You get some green tea and home-made snack before the massage, and after, and good conversation at this family-owned place! We've been here twice, and had we stayed longer in Nyaung Shwe, we would have gone more often. And it's not expensive.

For a 6000 kyat massage, it is a very good one. Very nice people and family run business. You are also supplied with some tea and sesame crackers. No massage table, but a very local experience

What an experience. Shopping in the market with the explanation of various food and ingredients. Preparing and cooking the traditional way and then the sumptuous meal including red ants which I had been dying to try. Thae Su and her family are so lovely and generous. Thank you. I'll be back

J'ai commencé par un massage en fin de journée, tout d'abord ont vous sert un bon thé vert et quelque chose à grignoter et puis place au massage qui était de qualité on sentait l’expérience de la masseuse!

Le lendemain j'ai profité de réservé un cours de cuisine, tout d’abord vous aller au marché avec la prof chercher tout ce qu'il vous faut et ensuite place à l'expérience culinaire qui était tout aussi parfaite, sans doute l'un de mes meilleurs repas en Birmanie

Une expérience authentique et inoubliable.
Nous étions venus pour un massage et nous avons fini par manger le meilleur repas de notre séjour concocté pendant le cours de cuisine.
Le massage Shan énergisant était très puissant et de qualité. Et super prof de cuisine avec des produits frais et des recettes savoureuses. Un très bon moment que nous recommandons surtout après le trek ^^

Thae Su nous a permit de vivre un vrai moment convivial et agréable. Nous avons appris la vrai cuisine Myanmar.
Thae Su et son équipes ont été au petit soin. C'était délicieux et très copieux 😉 (petit-déjeuner léger conseillé). Le cadre où nous avons cuisiné était très paisible.

Un vrai moment de plaisir. Mon mari et moi avons apprécié cette heure de massage (7000 kyats). A recommander

Massage was really awesome. I paid 6000 kyats for one hour.
Cooking class was also really good,the food was super delicous. I paid 20 000 kyats, it took about 2 1/2 hours and we cooked 5 dishes.
