Very nice family running business, very friendly and helpful. We arrived very early in the morning and we could do an early checkin, due to the availability of a room.
That was super fantastic!!!

The breakfast is amazing it’s worth to wake up early in the morning.

Rooms are big and the bed is very comfy.
Restrooms and shower are very clean.

They also have a laundry service.

Highly recommended hostel, I want definitely come back again!!!

A wonderful green family run guest house with a row of little bungalows, each with their own little terrace. The rooms are big, so are the comfy beds, private bathrooms and the delicious breakfast. All staff are very helpful and are making sure you’ll enjoy your stay. This is a fantastic choice if you are looking for a comfortable and affordable place to stay near Inle lake. Fully recommended!

Great location due to quiet street in a noisy town. The small property is it's own view. It's the secret garden. Breakfast is worth having and the coffee is strong (French press). The staff is adequately helpful.
Now the bad news... The rooms are well decorated but VERY dirty and the toilet would not clear the bowl. I explained and showed to the owner these observations and he agreed to improve. I am an American tour guide in this region and hope the owner follows through because this hotel is my little secret and I want greater cleanliness so I can enjoy the whole package.

Visit Red Mountain Vineyard at sunset! The wine is adequate if not drinkable but the view is worth it.

By the way, contrary to local opinion, foreigners are allowed to rent motorbikes. I did so near Mingalar market. The local law states that local people are not allowed to rent motorbikes due to their dangerous driving habits.

A wonderfully pleasant and simple experience. Tung (spelling?) the owner was very kind and humorous, really helpful and made us feel very welcomed and comfortable. The bungalow we stayed in for 3 nights was roomy, clean, and cozy; the simple breakfast was always good; laundry service was also quick and thorough. Location was also very convenient, and not too far from the Lake by motorbike. They helped us book a wonderful boat tour of Inle Lake, as well as a taxi to the airport at the end of our stay. Would definitely recommend for simple accommodation or traveling on a budget.

Originally, I wouldn't have though of giving 5 stars to any accommodation in Myanmar (seeing the accommodation price vs. quality here), but will do...

It's really nice place - kind of bungalow style accommodation (there rooms in one "bungalow" building), each room with a veranda and two chair.

The room was spacious, clean, with fan and attached bathroom (toilet and shower in separate rooms). Towels and toiletries provided. Daily room service and 2 small bottles of water.

The staff was very nice and polite all the time.

Free WiFi, stable and (relatively to Myanmar standards) fast.

There are chairs and tables to sit (and for the breakfast) in front of the reception, in the shadow of a tree. Flowers are also around the rooms, so has a nice almost-garden feel.

The breakfast is provided and is not a small one - out includes eggs (fried/scrambled/omelette), pancake (plain/banana), toasts, butter, jam, some fruit and tea or coffee.

Location is all right, 10 min walk to the market.

The asked price was $20 and we managed to bargain down a bit more. Definitely good value for the money, and especially for Myanmar.

(There are likely also bikes to rent available, they were there around, but we didn't use so didn't ask.)

Wonderful clean, big and very nice room, bathroom perfect and we loved our patio to relax after all our trips, even stayed a night longer to relax in such a quite wonderful place. Breakfast was perfect with fresh fruits and you could also choose your eggs. Worth more than the price also because of the always helpful staff.
I highly recommend this just perfect little Hotel.

We also loved the breakfast ( pancake🥞 , 🍳 eggs, fruit 🍉, toast 🍞 avocado 🥑 , tea 🍵 or coffee ☕) and using the bicycles 🚲.

The beds are clean, pillows the best we've had in Myanmar and the breakfast above average including fruit and avocado. The owner Ton is great and let us ride bikes for free the three days we were here. Just be kind to him and his staff and he will treat you well!

It's not expensive but quit and nice guest house in the good location. The rooms are big and clean. Good breakfast is included. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They can help you book a bus ticket and rent a bike.

It's in a very quiet district in Nyaung Shwe, a little bit far from the "center", but that wasn't a problem for us.
The owner is a nice man, very helpful but not invasive. When we arrived at 5am in the morning to leave our backpacks (it was too early for check-in), he gave as the room and didn't ask for any extra money.
A special plus is the breakfast: banana pancake, omelette, fresh fruit.

Nice family run hotel out of the tourist centre of Nyaung Shwe. The rooms are clean and nice, with verandas in a nice garden. The breakfast is fantastic and substantial. Very friendly staff.
The price is very reasonable for Nyaung Shwe and the quality of the hotel and service.
We got our laundry done for 2000 kyat/kilo, and they did a good job.

One of the most underrated places in Nyaung Shwe. You would be amazed at what you get from what you pay from this tiny garden guesthouse. I was blown away by the breakfast mostly, which is way superior than a typical hotel.

Every staffs is so kind and nice also helpful, even when I waited for night bus after check-out they let us stay more(but It’s not common case, if there is no room you couldn’t).
The price is cheaper than others, rent bicycle for free of charge.

Cosy, well located guesthouse with a lovely garden, where you can enjoy amazing breakfast served by the kindest staff.
