ROYAL HOSPITAL (တော်ဝင်ဆေးရုံ)

I don’t really know the story of the other bad reviews. Just wanna share my experience. Our company is foreigners doing business in Mandalay and visit this hospital for everything from cold, fever to wound. It is a small and rather old, and not many rooms hospital - yes but other than that is not a bad place at all.
The doctor is nice and know their job, take sometime waiting for check up but for emergency you can be care right away.
The main doctor can communicate in English well. Even though the young doctor some might not good at english (a lot of them good) they will immediately ask for someone who could to communicate with you.
They won’t ask you to do all kind of test and all, just the one necessary and that’s a good thing. Also they will advise for hospitalization only when needed.
As for the price, consider that we’re foreigners which sure will surge up the medical bill, their price is really reasonable. I have tried other hospital with skyrocketed bill and this place is sure eased our mind when come to medical bill.
After all, they’re rather old but reasonable price hospital that doing their best. If you have more money check out Pun Hlaing with nice room, new place, and being care 1 by 1 all the time but for budget friendly medical care I think this is the best one in Mandalay.

Waiting time too long, I went there two times, all the time is same. They appointed me at 3:30pm I arrive before 3:30pm but wait till 6 pm, Doctor did not arrive and I am back to home without medical check up. The starf didn't attention to patients.

Worst customer service and need more training to reception team.

ငွေရှင်းကောင်တာက၀န်ထမ်းမတစ်ယောက်အပြောအဆိုကျွန်တော်မနှစ်သက်ပါဘူးဘာဖြစ်လို့လဲဆိုတော့ကျွန်တော့်ကိုဆေးပြဖို့ည‌ေန3နာရီ4နာရီချိန်းပါတယ်ကျွန်တော်သုံးနာရီရောက်တယ်စောင့်တယ်ဆရာခေါ်ထားလားလို့မေးတော့ခေါ်ထားတယ်လာပြီပြောတယ်5နာရီကျော်တော့ကျွန်တော့်လူနာစောင့်ကိစ္စပေါ်လို့ပြန်သွားတယ်ပိုက်ဆံတွေသူ့မှာအကုန်ပါသွားတယ်စောင့်ရင်းနဲ့6နာရီကျော်မှဆရာနဲ့ပြရတယ်ပြပြီးနောက်ပိုက်ဆံရှင်းဖို့ခေါ်တယ်ကျွန်တော့်ကိုဆီးလမ်းကြောင်းကပိုက်ဖြုတ်ဖို့ကြိုတင်ငွေ50000အခန်းထဲဆရာနဲ့ပြခ9000တောင်းတယ်ကျွန်တော့်မှာပိုက်ဆံမကျန်ထားဘူးလူနာစောင့်ဆီပါသွားပြီကျွန်တော်သူပြန်ခဲ့ရင်လာရှင်းပေးမယ်ပြောတော့အခုကမင်းမှာပိုက်ဆံကိုးထောင်တောင်မရှိဘူးလားမပေးနိုင်ဘူးလားလို့ပြောတာဗျာကျွန်တော်လူနာတစ်ယောက်ပါစိတ်ထိခိုက်ရပါတယ်ကျွန်တော်လဲပိုက်ဆံပေးနိုင်လို့ပုဂ္ဂလိကဆေးရုံတက်တာပါဗျာကျွန်တော်တို့ပေးလိုက်ရတဲ့ပိုက်ဆံနဲ့ပြန်ပြီးဆက်ဆံ‌ေပးတာမတန်သလိုဖြစ်ရပါတယ်ကျွန်‌ေတာ်စဉ်းစားမိတယ်ပိုက်ဆံရှင်းကောင်တာကစာရင်းမတွေပဲmaskတပ်ထားရတာလဲအပေါက်ဆိုးအာင်ပြောဆိုပြီးတောင်းခိုင်းရအောင်သင်းပြီးခန့်ထားတာလားလို့အောင့်မေ့ရတယ်maskလုံး၀မချွတ်သလိုအပြောလဲရိုင်းပါတယ်အတွင်းပိုင်းက၀န်ထမ်းတွေဆိုပြောစရာမလိုဘူးပြုံးပြီးဆက်ဆံတယ်ပြောလဲကာင်းတယ်အဆင်မပြေဒါဆိုလို့ငွေရှင်းကောင်တာကစာရင်းမ‌တစ်‌ေယာက်‌ပေါ့
