Stayed 4 nights recently in 2 rooms for our family of 4. Check-in staff could not be nicer, even surprised us within the first hour with a birthday cake complete with candles & eating utensils! Clean, comfortable rooms & lovely hotel in general. Breakfast buffet was plentiful with a good variety & staff was over the top to help us with stronger & fresh coffee/tea which was much appreciated. In particular the lady manager (War War Wint?) was fantastic. Overall highly recommended!

Our room was clean and comfortable, and had a great view of the sunrise. The manager and staff were very friendly and accommodating as they helped us with some issues we were experiencing booking bus tickets. Location is also great as it is close to tourist sites as well as some great restaurants.

Rooms are good if they are with Open window...Best part is their Roof Top Restaurant where you can admire half of the city from the 11th Floor along with Delicious food.

私がミャンマーで泊まったホテルの中で一番清潔で快適なホテルでした。
もし私の友人がマンダレーに来るならば私は間違いなくこのホテルを推薦するでしょう。
Trip.comで予約して朝食付きで一泊3500円でした。
ホテルのロビー、部屋、タオル、シーツ、食堂全てがとても綺麗で清潔です。
部屋は広くて明るいです。
Wi-Fiの電波も悪くないです。
フロントには日本語が少し話せるスタッフと中国語が話せるスタッフがいます。スタッフは皆とても礼儀正しく親切です。
エレベーターはルームキーがないと操作出来ないようになっているのでセキュリティ面も安心です。
夜は11階のバーでマンダレーを一望しながら夕食を取ることができます。
食事やドリンクの値段も高くはありません。
朝食も美味しくオーダーすれば美味しいオムレツを作ってくれます。コーヒーとても香りが良く美味しい。値段以上に満足な宿泊でした。
