Star Flower Italian Pizza

We were looking for some place to have something different than rice and noodles. And we found it.
As soon as we walked in we were greeted by very friendly owner. We ordered pasta - home made, fresh and very tasty. We also had fresh juice from strawberies since it is a strawberry season and with a first sip we were back in childhood 🤩 We got free fruits for dessert.

I would really recomment this place for everyone who apreciate that someone want to offer something else in Myanmar and doing her best to do so.

Fresh Basil, they do their home made pesto with it. We tried the home made gnocchi pesto, excellent! I dont know if it is because we were in low season, but for 5000, i got good gnocci plate, plus free bruschetta + free water + free banana for dessert

The pizzas and pasta are nice, but the local food here is even better - and there are plenty of veggie options, which can be quite rare for Myanmar. More importantly though, the staff are so lovely. My girlfriend was ill for a couple of days while we stayed in Nyaung Shwe, so I came here for dinner on my own three or four times and they were so nice - they even re-opened the restaurant one evening when I turned up late and cooked me a meal from scratch! Couldn't recommend it more.

Pizza is delicious. Pasta is delicious. The beer is cold. The staff are the perfect example of Myanmar hospitality. Nothing else to say, definitely recommend if you are craving pizza or pasta.

What a great place and what a wonderful pasta love the tomato basil sauce. We came back three times at this place during our stay here in the neighborhood. The food was so fresh and tasty the pasta, pizza all is freshly made even with herbs out of her own small garden that she present proudly to you. Great hospitality with a family feeling.

We had pasta with tomato and gnocchi with fresh pesto (every thing home made and fresh), that came with parmezan cheese, it was delcious.
For starter we gat home made garlic bread with tomato that was nice.
The host was realy nice and helpful for anything we needed or asked. The prices are decent. Ill come here again to try the pizza:)

Excelent place to eat real Italian pasta. I'm Portuguese and my wife Italian, we are really surprised with the quality of hand made pasta (and gnocchi) we found at this small restaurant. We have tried 4 kinds of pasta, all of them excellent.

I tried more of their curries - just delicious and also pasta absolutely perfect - fresh mushrooms and pesto. With all the snacks coming with drinks, "bruschettas" with olive oil and bananas as dessert.. I had to come back every day. Definitely the best pasta and curry you can get around.

Surprisingly good this place. The owner is a lovely Burmese lady that learned the recipes from an Italian chef 8 years ago. And she learned very well cuz the food is very good.

She likes to emphasize that all her pasta is home made and fresh and you can feel it in the flavor.

Not Only pizza. I tried some Myanmar food, like the eggplant salad. They have many vegetarian options and make a great lassi. I also tried the banana pancake and it was really good.

Delicious food! The stuff gave us extra soup snacks and banannas. The pizzas were fresh and nice and the gnochi included fresh pesto. Expesive but it was worth.

Excellent! The owner is awesome, and we LOVED her pesto and fresh basil on top of homemade pasta. We are going back again tonight for a second round. :) Go!
