Hotel Yadanar Oo

I have spent 7 days in Hotel Yadanar Oo. The atmosphere is splendid. I can say it is relax and quiet, free from buzzing vehicles. I like the hotel very much.Spacious, clean and comfortable room. Affordable prices. The hotel crews greet you whenever they see you. They do accept card payment, USD or local cash. If you need to go anywhere, and you require assistance such as booking coach bus to Yangon, or anywhere. They will render their help towards. Do not be afraid if there is a language barrier. Some of the hotel crews are able to speak english. There is swimming pool at the back which is clean. The hotel is also near the Mandalay palace, markets, shopping malls, restaurants. Therefore, it is very convenient. You are also able to rent motorcycle or their bicycle at cheap rates.

There is a brolly sky bar is at the third floor.
Food is tasty. Affordable prices of the food and alcohol. Everyone is friendly and service is excellence. Best experiences are to go at evening time where you you can see pagoda at the hill, nice view. They provided the customers with breakfast. The food menu has seafood, chicken beef and pork ( pardon me as it is non halal for the Muslim ) They have western, local, Thai, Chinese delicacies to choose from. The food presentation is neat and the food portion is generous. They close the restaurant at 2230HRS. They have promotions at times too, like the Happy Hours. Do look out for the promotions in their facebook website. I have a wonderful holiday there. I will go back to the same hotel and stay there again. Cheers!

A nice hotel to stay in Mandalay, walkable distance form the Mandalay fort and a taxi ride away from Mandalay hill

Hospitality at its best! Remember Burmese are the nicest people on earth!

Nice room and staff. Allowed us to check in very early after taking night bus from Kalaw. Nice view from top-floor restaurant.

Останавливались в январе 2019г в номере с балконом. Чудный вид на садик перед входом в отель. Тихая!!! улица. Район вилл. В номере все туалетные ( и щетки, и молочко для тела) и чайные принадлежности. Ужинали в отельном ресторане. Вкусно и недорого. Особенно это оценили после Багана и Нгапали. Завтрак на террасе с видом на холм Мандалай тоже произвел впечатление. Завтрак вкусный. Нет бешенного разнообразия, но 2 мясных горячих блюда было ( чего не было в пафосных отелях с их разнообразием в Багане и Нгапали), плюс яйца, зелень, фрукты, суп и т.д. Не пугайтесь местного чая с молоком и сахаром, ему есть альтернатива в виде кофе и чая без сахара, натурального сока.
Чистый бассейн. Вода прохладная.
До входа в Королевский дворец 1.5км. На входе билетная касса, где за 10000 кьят продают единый билет на весь северный археологический район в Мандалае. Билет с нас спросили только во Дворце. На холм лазили накануне за 200кьят. Только на самую верхушечную пагоду нужен или единый билет, или 1000кьят. В пагоде Кухтодо, монастыре Atumashi &Shwe Kyaung билеты с нас не спрашивали. До холма от отеля 4,5км. Жарко, неудобная дорога. Лучше на тук-туке. Они паркуются напротив Дворца. Там же в перпендикулярной улице и супермаркет с фуд-кортом (но в отеле лучше). Тук-тукер нас за пол дня провез по всем достопримечательностям за 13000кьят. А вечером за 15000кьят свозил на закат на берег Иравади. Позновательно! Но натурализм простой жизни непрекрытый.
Отель нам заказал за 75$ индивидуальный трансфер в Баган. Добрались за 3,5 часа.
Отель рекомендуем! По сравнению с пылью и суетой центральной части города выгодно отличается.
