Toubkal Tours With Locals

My cousin and I just got back from a two day adventure to Mt Toubkal, and we owe it all to our fantastic guide, Radouane, who organized everything for us, including the mule and wonderful muleteer/chef extraordinaire, the night in the refuge, snacks and mint tea. He has a gentle and kind demeanour and made us feel comfortable and confident at all times during the hike. He was happy to go at whatever pace we wanted: fast, slow or medium. We got up to the summit at sunrise after hiking in the dark, and we were so happy to get the most beautiful early morning views. Absolutely breathtaking and worth the effort. We wanted to stay in Imlil before and after the trek, and he organized that for us too. We really loved that we were not in a group, and it was just Radouane, our muleteer, my cousin and me. We also appreciated him teaching us about Berber life and culture, and we enjoyed meeting many members of his extended family who also live in Imlil. I highly recommend Radouane as your guide.
