Lovely location, really friendly staff. We had an incredible time hiking with our guide from the camp. Food was amazing. The Kasbah also uses some of the money for the education of girls in the area which is a great cause.

We had a wonderful stay at the Kasbah, the scenery is beautiful both in the day and the stars at night. Our room was really comfortable and our children loved the mule trek through the valley. Thank you for a lovely stay

If you do not stay at the Kasbah during your visit to Marrakech Morocco, at last visit for the day. This is a magical place with magnificent views, some of the best food you will have in Morocco, nestled in the midst of the charming village of Imlil.

Fantastic stay, the staff were all amazing. They arranged our hikes each day and the guides were brilliant. The Riad is simple but full of character and the gardens are very scenic. Great views to the mountains and valleys. The food is also exceptional and it is nice to eat on the roof terrace

There is no better place in the high Atlas mountains than this place. It is so quiet and beautiful and laid-back as well. Quality of food is excellent but most important of all is the sheer beautiful attitude of everyone involved. Take the time to read the history of the place and admire all the hard work that has gone into making it what it is. There is quite simply nowhere Quite like it that I've ever been before.

What a magical experience! The Kasbah is absolutely beautiful. The food and the service is one of the best I've had in Morocco. The treks are very well organized and the Azzaden trekking lodge is very nice as well. I would totally recommend the Kasbah to anyone visiting Imlil, without a doubt!

We stayed at the Kasbah for two nights and did a hike to their trekking lodge. Everything was super lovely. The service, the food, the hammam and the stunning location. Our guide Abdu was great and the hike was organized pefectly! If you can, spend a couple of days there.

Absolutely brilliant with peaceful surroundings, a wonderful terrace and amazing food. The Trekking lodge, while more basic was a great stopping of point on our three day trek. Thanks for looking after us so well 🙏🙏

Wonderful place in Imlil up in the High Atlas Mountains. Our room was beautiful with a private bath and good view. They have a variety of different kinds of rooms. We had a standard room up on the terrace. Food was excellent. You could bring your own alcohol but we chose not to and didn't miss it. They can arrange guides for short or long walks. It's a 10" walk from there road up a hill to the Kasbah and they have a mule to transport the luggage. They have a "hammam" steam bath that can be reserved for private use in 30" increments. We arranged a ride from Marrakech through them; it was about an hour. The gardens are lovely and the mountain views are stunning.

The hotel is located in the mountains, a very convenient lauching place for hikes in the area. The hotel provides two short hikes daily (free of charge), and can organize longer hikes in the area. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The only complain I have is the bathroom is quite small. The hotel is not reachable by car so they will arrange mule to transport your luggage for you.

This has got to be one of the best places i have ever eaten because of its exceptional food. There is an outstanding view of the atlas mountain with a superb view of the local villages down below. There was a brilliant moment when i was there and one could hear the call to pray from all the surrounding valleys.

Wonderful staff and awesome view. The room was comfortable. The food was delicious. All organic and from local sources. We hiked to the shrine about 2.5 hours one way from hotel. The view was spectacular. Suggest bringing good hiking shoes. Next adventure will be to climb mountain Toubkal!!

My fiance' and I spent some time at Kasbah Toubkal and all I can say is everything is beautiful. What does that mean? The people, the kasbah, and the scenery around is just beautiful. Service which I understand are all locals of the area were incredible. They did everything they could to make us feel comfortable. The scenery is amazing, the location of this Kasbah in the Imlil mountains gives you a 360 panoramic view of the snow covered mountains. We were there in December, but forgot to write our review.
We were reminiscing of our time there now back in the US and thought it proper to write a review. That goes to show how memorable the experience was. Just great.

It's important to have your expectation right: this hotel is in a remote area. You're luggage literally taken up to the hotel on a donkey and so it's a bit rugged. That being said, it's simply stunning. Clean and comfortable, really hospitable service, a gorgeous hike at your doorstep. We also want to single out the cooking and the evenings. Reading upstairs next to a fire as the sun goes down. The moving weather in winter. It's really gorgeous and HUGELY recommended for your trip to Morocco.

The Kasbah du Toubkal is a very cosy and brilliantly operated luxury class home in the middle of the Atlas mountains around the approx. 4000meters tall Toubkal, highest Mountain of Morocco.

The Kasbah has several awards, is very simple u live like a monk 250 years ago, the amenities are great as the kitchen is as well.

One pays for a castle with little towers and platforms, a rich garden and a close access to hikes around the fabulous area.

The Team is very respectful, silence and meditation, a SPA with Hammam and very nice, beautiful furnished rooms are given. To stay 3 days it is over 800$ but also an experience of a kind. From the donkeys walking the baggage uphill over the massive wooden portals to the views...

A perfect 5 Stars experience in the Ecotourism Wilderness...

This was quite simply the most beautiful place I have ever been to. The only word to describe is 'magical.'
We were looked after SO well with lovely food, smiles and warmth. I would absolutely love to go back and hope that one day I will.

Great service from the staff. The Superior Ensuite room & bathroom were simple, comfortable & clean. Great views from the whole property of the mountains & valley. Yes, it is a short hike to get there. Kasbah Du Toubkal offers morning & afternoon complimentary guided hikes, often different ones, which are good ways to spend the morning & afternoon. Meals are similar to the usual food in Morocco, so nothing special or bad. This does not have the luxury of Richard Bronson's Kasbah not too far away, but you certainly get a more traditional & natural setting. Due to currency changes, it was much cheaper to make a reservation directly with Kasbah Du Toubkal rather than with National Geographic.

I have to give it 5 stars as it is all about location, the team, comfort and the facilities. This is a higher price bracket bracket so it is not cheap compared to other options. I would have nearly marked it as a four as the food we had for lunch/dinner was not super high standard.
We did a walk over the pass to the trekking lodge which was extra but absolutely worth it.

Family holiday base for trekking into the Atlas mountains. Kasbah, with discussions with us, sorted and arranged everything. Taxi transfers , trekking guide, cook, porter, pack mules and all. We had a 4 day, 3 night trek into the high Atlas mountains and 4 nights at the Kasbah. All inclusive, great friendly very helpful staff making you feel like you are home from home and the views are awesome.
Walked round the local villages and Imlil chatting to locals, shopping eating and drinking lots of mint tea.
I hope we get to come back to this area soon
