A beautiful day, with moderate sun and amazing views. The imlil trek was really fun to do, the natural sights were totally beautiful and every spot was scenic and even breath taking. Is incredible to be so close to snowy mountains when temperature is in the mid 30s here. People were always trying so sell something but were not pushy. Is easy to get water, tea or snacks on this trail. Easy for pretty much anyone.

Very interesting experience throughout the berber village. This must be done with a local guide since the unfortunate event from 2018.
The view was spectacular and the trail was easy to do. I definitely recommend to book a tour that will take you here

We took a 2-2,5h stroll. Great trekking. A lot of trees so the sun is not problematic. Trails are rather flat, so it is more like a walk with amazing views than a climbing expedition. There are few places along the way where you can buy soda or food but I have not tried it.

Interesting hike in the High Atlas. An insight into Berber life in their villages.
Atlas view restaurant served reasonable food with outdoor balcony overlooking the mountains and other villages.
Carpet shop with very streetwise salesman on one of the mountain paths in the middle of nowhere, quite bizarre.
Some earthquake damaged houses on the route up to Imlil with families now living in tents as a result. Heartbreaking.

Did a hike through TripAdvisor, through the Imlil valley to the water fall. Our tour guide Mohamed Larbi was fantastic, very attentive, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The hike was fun, interesting and insightful. Beautiful views and ended with a lovely lunch in a Berber villagers home, which was a wonderful experience. Highly recommend. Even better if you do a private small tour with only 1 family, enables you to personalise the experience to your requirements.

We hiked to the summit of Talamrout from Imlil with a local guide. Very nice hike. We saw only a few people. Had a traditional Berber lunch at our guide's house.

We took a tour into the atlas mountains, the devastation after the earthquake is immense, but they are rebuilding quickly, I asked if tourism was appropriate at this time and they said yes, they need the tourist trade to live and earn money so please come

Gorgeous little town that was our base for the trek up to toubkal. So scenic and has everything you need. Bring cash!
