Café Restaurant Rimal Merzouga

3rd night I have eating here and every night the food has been delicious and fresh. Tonight, I had bbq camel and I must say it was cooked to perfection by hassan on the bbq out front. I love the atmosphere of the place and friendliness of all the staff and other customers. You are welcomed with smiles and handshakes, so if you want a true local experience, then this is the place to come.

An excellent place for a delicious lunch in Merzouga. On my first visit, I had a berber omlete and on my second visit, a vegetarian tanjin. They were both tasty and affordable. Additionally, high-speed internet access and good coffee make this an excellent choice in Merzouga.

Great food full of flavors (try their kalia), generous portions and super friendly staff! We were welcomed with mint tea and snacks and for goodbye we got a plate of fruits and water. The guys there are preparing everything fresh so it takes a bit of time to get the meals, but it is definitely worth waiting. Highly recommend!

Open for business with fresh food!

Like most restaurants in Morocco during Covid, the menu is a bit restricted but they are doing an excellent job nonetheless. All meat options were available along with Moroccan salads, fries, etc. The rest of the menu is accessible but they are honest about wait times, much appreciated. We came back for a second time and pre-ordered the Berber pizza along with a few grilled meat plates. Everything was absolutely delicious, fresh, and served with care. Thank you for the wonderful meals!

A really great place, the food was delicious (I had fire grilled beef), big portions for a great price! We even got a taste of Berber salad and fruits as dessert, really nice hospitality! The staff is extremely friendly, we had a nice chat and got good tips for things to do. Highly recommended!

The portions were bigger than usually I found in Morocco and without sacrificing flavors. Service was also very polite and generous so I came here every evening during my stay. Strong recommendation for this restaurant!

This is my absolute favorite restaurant in Merzouga . The food is good and freshly prepared and the coffee is the best. The staff are also great and always helpful , happy and polite. Can’t wait to return.
