The gitê is exactly where you want it to be, with an amazing view of the main walls. Mohamed Said and their family are very welcoming and always ready to giive you informations and help with travel planning and anything else.
The gitê is simple and rustic but it's clean and it provides everything you need when you're not climbing! the food is abundant and tastes really good (maybe some variations on the menu could make a long stay even more enjoyable 😉)
....Cant wait to be back!

I would highly reccomend this place! They took really good care of us! Very new living room and bathrooms! We always got a lot of fresh bread and tea when we came home from climbing and dinner and breakfast were amazing and also always more than enough!

Said's gite is a slice of heaven in magical Taghia. As soon as we arrived Said made us feel welcomed and comfortable. The gite's location is fantastic, with great views and easy access to climbs and the village. The food was delicious and portions very generous. Said keeps tabs on who's back from their days out and always keeps food back for late arrivals. We had an epic on one route and got back at 11pm and were then served a full dinner. The vibe is super laid back and we met some really friendly European climbers there. Can't wait to stay again and would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Taghia.

Perfect for a climbing adventure. About a 1 hour hike from the end of the 4x4 track. Bed, food, hot water for a shower, even wifi. Said, his son, Mohamed and the rest of their family all work together to make it a great experience. This time I was traveling solo and they were able to arrange for one of their family members to climb with me for a reasonable price.
