AUBERGE kasbah ouad ahanssal, Zaouiat Ahansal

This kasbah , Guest house is a MUST visit.Very nice and special room with breathtaking view ,around this village you can do multiple activities such as rock climbing, kayaking and more .
. The foods is fantastic and extremely tasty. The staff is very friendly and kind and really look after you.
I Highly recommended for everyone who is visiting Zaouit Ahansal .

Very nice place at European standard, on a magnificent location. Next to a real kasbah older than 120 years. Close by a much more expensive hotel.
Can provide useful tips on off the beaten track hikes, or rides (motorbike). Good and safe parking.

Abdul guided our bicycle group on a tour through Morocco. He speaks English and knows his country very well. I have watched Abdul build his Auberge. From my tour time I can say Abdul is a great host and knows how to make you welcome, especially in his family home. I recommend this Auberge for your stay.

I stayed for two nights and everything was great. Hot water shower and delicious food. The owners are very friendly people too.

What a beautiful auberge in the high atlas mountain in the village of ZAOUIT AHANSAL we had a great time there with our customers and the owner was incredibly friendly and welcoming.and good food

Excellent ! Dinner and breakfast included in the price which was very affordable. Attentive and helpful owner is running this family business and its in the middle of the village . Rooms are simple but have hot shower and toilettes, everything is simple but good . We had dinner outside and breakfast with a view.

Fantastic!!!!! I stayed several weeks. The food is delicious and the room perfect! Youssef is a great man. He will help you in everything you need. Best hotel in Atlas!

It's excellent accommodation all the room are with traditional style and the food is yummy

If you want to truly get away from it all then you must come here...for great company Abdul and his father yousef, the mountains, the sound of the river nearby, sounds of cockerels, goats, sheep and children laughing as a gentle background of a time where you can escape further with a walk, a climb or a trek. Or simply sit in the sun (be careful though) or in the shade and just feel yourself relax! Bliss!

The best service of High Atlas! IDEAL FOR SOLO TRAVELERS. I chose Ahansal over more popular destinations for logistical reasons but when I met the owner Abdoul, a true Berber and a certified and very knowledgeable guide, I knew I had made the right choice! He organised an excursion and picnic in the valley, accommodated the program to my specific needs, and taught me some Tamazigh! He even helped me in planning the rest of my trip! The Kasbah, rooms and even bathrooms are decorated with artisanal traditional furniture and fittings. Homemade food delicious. Only negative point: my stay there was too short!
