تناولت وجبة الغذاء في هدا المطعم و كانت رائعة.

Prices are more expensive than abroad and never on sale, confusion between moroccan and emirate's DH.

Personne ne répond au téléphone et les prix au Maroc sont trop chers. L'accueil et le service sont nuls.

Since H&M's arrival in Morocco 12 years ago, there have been both positive and negative experiences.
During my visit to H&M Arribat Center, I noticed a lack of assistance and a non-functional escalator on the second floor for men. I also noticed that prices were not always displayed in Moroccan dirhams. This violates consumer rights.
The friendliness of store managers and assistants, which may be a characteristic of H&M, is absent as I experienced.
My most important request is that you hire staff who are consumer-centric and consumer-friendly, and that you train them to be comfortable in their dealings with customers.
I also have the option of filing a complaint with the consumer protection agency if I feel that the situation is not improving.

Very poor customer service. Picked a t-shirt with a price tag of 199 MAD. Arrived to pay and the cashier informed me it was 269 MAD, and that they were in the process of increasing the price! How is that my problem? As a customer I should have been asked to pay the price displayed, not the price that you are in "the process of increasing". Extremely disappointed.

Bad quality clothing, the colors look washed out, the materials and fabrics feel cheap compared to the prices they're setting. Also i noticed a lot of the clothes have loose threads and very low quality sewing. There are very few good clothing articles but even those don't deserve that kind of money.

Since the Moroccan government had lifted most of Covid restrictions, I am unsure why H&M still closing their fitting rooms, when I asked the seller she mentioned Corona !!!

Please I can’t buy stuff from Rabat and bring it back all the way from Kenitra when the size doesn’t fit.

I had my worst shopping experience at H&M there. I don't even know where should I start. First, I don't think they care about the brand name as they gave me purchases in a bag that doesn't carry the brand name ( marketing 0). secondly, I wasn't allowed to try the clothes on, so I had to try them somewhere else. One of the pieces didn't fit me, so I want to get my money back they refused and asked me to pick something else even though it was at the same hour that I bought it. ( What if there is nothing I liked which was the case and I didn't ask you to return all the stuff I bought) While I'm trying to find sth else they asked me to leave and come back tomorrow. Oh right, why do we have to wait four so long to pay??
