What incredible service and attention to detail I’ve received by Yasmin, a charming waiter in the lounge. He made my experience so welcoming and I fell in love with this hotel because of him and actually all the staff as well. Highly recommended!

Beginning with lovely Amal Who did such a fabulous job of Welcoming our party And making sure we were comfortable and all our needs were attended to. Kudos to Golden fish and did I mention how good the food and service were?

Love staying in Sofitel Rabat Jardin Des Roses in Morocco. where the service is everything you would expect in a five star hotel. In El Patio restaurant the two lovely ladies both named Bassma looked after us so well. I had a few problems with lighting in my room and Hasnaa guest relations manager was quickly to the rescue and sorted everything out.
The hotel has superb facilities including Spa, Gym, indoor and outdoor swimming pools and beautiful gardens.

Excellent experience overall! Highly recommend for the Spa services. The Manager Bushra & her staff specifically Lamia made our experience unforgettable with their outstanding service & professionalism, can’t wait to go back .

We had an exceptional stay at the Sofitel. The staff was so pleasant and the service was exceptional ensuring we felt welcomed. They have great amenities from the multiple pools, gym and shisha. The location is great as well within walking distance of major restaurants and sites. We will definitely be staying here again!

Stayed at the Sofitel for a week and I can say my morning breakfast at the El Patio restaurant was a favorite part of the day. I would like to mention two staff members in particular, Fadoua & Bassma, I enjoyed their morning smiles, impeccable service and hospitality. Definitely 5 stars!

Amal and Oumaima were absolutely wonderful. From start to finish they gave excellent service at the Al Warda Moroccan Restaurant in Sofitel Rabat . One of the best experiences I have had in the world trust me felt amazing. Must go and ask for these servers.

Had the best breakfast at the Sofitel Rabat and the El patio! Bassma and Fadoua greeted me and had such a welcoming presence! The hospitality was amazing! The food was great! I love Moracco! The service is top rate! Also Hamza got me the perfect to go coffee! Loved it!

I had lunch at the golden fish restaurant and was so satisfied with the service and the kindness of the staff, i was well welcomed, helped through the choice of food and it was so delicious i was not disappointed. I really recommend the restaurant 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Great experience for the christmas eve dinner at golden fish. Amal and manager soufiane were very accomodating for our vegetarian diet and had great suggestion throughout the meal.
