Lovely green spaces for exercising, jogging, or just walking. There are some yoga classes outdoors some days of the week (it changes). It gets really packed during the weekend so if you want to enjoy some quiet space try going during the week instead. It's well maintained and clean.

This whole Park is beautiful calm and scenic views. Is hasn’t been crowded the days I have gone. And gives you time to take in nature. They have workout stations along paths, outdoor play space for kids, mini skate park, soccer field and much more.

A beautiful outdoor space here in Rabat. Family friendly and a lot of people running or fast walking in gym gear. I really don’t know where they’re going so you’d have to ask them. I think they only speak Arabic or French though so good luck.

This is an amazing place if looking for fresh air as in the forest in a middle of a city. Some facilities and playgrounds require maintenance. Parking is also tricky and not enough

I absolutely recommend it for exercising or for a picnic with family, it's vast and beautiful and free to enter.

Very nice time to spend there by this spring season with the deep wood smell covering the air and sunlight crossing tree branches. Enjoy your time alone or with your band!
