Amazing place! Very interesting hotel design, good service and location. We had a huge room with a terrace and pool view. Nice SPA. Good All inclusive system: drinks 24/7, they even have zero alcohol beer. Big variety of alcohol options. Good quality food and opportunity to eat the whole day. Highly recommended. The only thing: I wish a sauna was included in the price.

Wow what a great hotel right on the lovely beach in Agadir. We booked a sea view room for a week at this all inclusive resort hotel. It was 5 stars all the way. The view from our balcony was amazing, the beach and 3 mile promenade was spectacular. The food was next level and was better than we had experienced before in a similar hotel. The service was first class. We will definitely be returning to this hotel.

Totally enjoyed my 2 week stay here.
The rooms are spacious. Yes the hotel is a little older than some but the bed is huge and lovely linen. I did not spend much time in the room anyway.
The pool area was lovely and water warm and clean.
I never had a problem getting a sunbed although many selfish people reserve with their towel all day from early morning and only turn up mid afternoon. Maybe this should be controlled more?
The staff are welcoming and friendly. Obviously they look for tips but I never felt pressured.
The food is of good quality, of course it gets repeated when you stay for 2 weeks. If this is an issue for you maybe all inclusive is not your thing.
The public areas have plentiful, comfy sofas everywhere! You can always find somewhere to sit here!
My morning coffee was great, I taught Abdul to make me a flat white. In fact all the staff were more than happy to help make my stay as comfortable as they could.
I would not hesitate to return although would probably like to see Marrekesh first.
Thank you to all the hard working staff for a lovely holiday 😊

This was a great hotel. The rooms and the facilities were good and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Lots of cute little cats around too!

We tried agadir for the first time and we had great week away. This hotel is brilliant the staff are fantastic friendly and helpful.

I’ve read some reviews about this hotel that it’s not clean. Everywhere I looked there was constant cleaning.

The food variety can be a bit repetitive however that’s all inclusive for you. The drink options were very good at all times of the day. The restaurent staff receive special praise as they were very welcoming friendly and helpful.

The rooms were spacious and clean and I never saw a bug in the room or balcony. The beds were comfortable and quiet at night.

The pool areas both indoor and outdoor are constantly cleaned throughout the day and the pools are massive. One complaint I do have is sun bed reservation, lots of sun-beds were taken but no one appeared throughout the day. I noticed that some guests have been paying pool staff to put towels for them.

Indoor pool was great for general lane swimming however in the afternoons children would come in with floats etc despite it being not allowed. Best time in this area is before 10.

The bar staff at the pool were fantastic a special mention at Ishmael who gave us advice on places to see in agadir.

We will definitely be back. One of best RIU hotels we’ve stayed at.

The beach area was beautiful with amazing views.

Stayed seven days in September 2023. Absolutely delightful. Location and pool excellent. Staff terrific, just ask if you want something extra. We tipped modestly but frequently - seemed right given the earthquake inland. Share some positive vibes. Marrakech restaurant superb despite the step-through door with no glass lol. @LAURATIMETRAVAEL provided excellent airport transfer. I'm definitely up for a return visit!

Absolutely great hotel, service is great, food is great, location just next to the ocean... outdoor space is fabulous 👌

Highly recommend it 🙂

The staff work extremely hard for us to have a good time, so the biggest thanks to all great people who work at the hotel

Generally worth it.

Overall fairly well impressed with the place and echo most of the other positive reviews.

Staff speaks multiple languages.

The pool is wonderful. Yes, you may struggle to get a good lounger but it is very nice.

The food is quite good. They are mostly buffets so popular fresh items may run out, but they will be replaced soon. Take your time and come back for more

I did not avail much of the entertainment from the Animation staff but they seemed to try fairly hard to have a good time with guests and keep kids entertained.

The spa is nice and half what it would cost anywhere else so judge that for yourself.

There's also an indoor pool.
A gym.
An art room.
And some other things I didn't even experience.

The beachfront lunch/snack restaurant has a good view.

Overall it was very secure. Almost too secure as my friends at another Riu property we're not allowed in my pool.

The beach and the promenade are nice and right out the gate from the pool. The Palace is kind of in the middle of much of the promenade between the resorts and the public beach.
I did not try the loungers out there but the hotel controls several. The promenade makes for a great run/walk at sunset. A quick "Non" dismisses any hawkers and it's fun to see all the happy locals out in the evening.

Tipped the minibar guy on the first day and asked for beer: never ran out of water, coke, or beer.

Pool has a swim up bar. This is the one area they struggled to keep up with demand. The pool bar has an in-water side, an on-land side, and serves customers seated around the pool. The good news is everyone gets drinks, but it might take a while as they could use a few more hands during busy times.

To anchor on both those two. Drinks are unlimited, be polite about it please. Saw a few rude customers who've clearly had too many, never a rude server.

To also echo some of the cons in other reviews, I can understand some people being put off by what is actually good service. This seems contradictory but the staff is good and will remember you, if you are friendly and frequent the same bar, order the same thing, and tip; they will remember you and you may get better repeat service as your stay goes on.
I am a reserved person who travelled alone for work so I garnered very little attention of my own. I was put off at first trying to get a dinner table, as you simply have to make your presence known to get one.

While the lobby bar is 24 hours, there isnt any real food overnight. I've heard others have requested things but I didn't try.

As an American the beds are very firm, too firm for my liking.

The App: didn't seem to really work, maybe it's still new? If you need service they (anyone) will happily help you if you call down or ask in person.

One of these was, hopefully, the special dinner reservations. It said the Italian was booked for two weeks solid. I'm hoping that was incorrect and asking at the front desk would have helped. I did not try the other restaurants.

Only real recommendation to management: The beautiful pool actually has one con and closes at 1800. Sunset is currently after 2200. I'd love to see sunset over the beach from the swim up bar but can't.

Morocco 5 star so not quite UK 5 star but that to be expected. Cleanliness fantastic. Rooms v good. Staff very friendly. Food good - 7 or 8 out of ten. Mostly buffet with the inherent problems this creates. Included drinks a little limited but adequate (choice of wines was white, rose or red - if not to your liking then tough!) Limited cocktail range poor. We went for r and r with open mind and had a good experience but is much cheaper than some all inclusive so cannot be compared with more expensive choices. Would we go again? First time with TUI so might well do to another location but not as main holiday. It does what it says on the packet very well. No complaints come back feeling good value but would have spent more for higher quality if our main holiday.

The hotel is massive, well appointed and packed full of amazing staff. The pools are beautiful as are all the public spaces. The food options are varied and tasty and the drinks follow suit. The ability of the staff to speak 3 or 4 languages left me somewhat embarrassed by my lack of ability. All in a fantastic time had by myself and my wife.

Great 5 star hotel. The beach is located nearby. Very good French style cuisine. Decent rooms. Good WiFi. The only minor disadvantage is the light system in the rooms - it’s not the most intuitive system I have seen in my life. Although Agadir is not the best places in Morocco for sightseeing or attractions, the hotel provides everything you need to chill out.

Following a flight cancellation back to Gatwick, our family booked ourselves into this hotel for 2 days. Arriving early in the morning, back from the airport, with young sleeping children, the reception staff were great, demonstrating empathy and managed to get us a room. It was greatly appreciated. The next couple of days were fantastic with a heated outdoor pool, good food and drinks and a chilled environment. Beach was so-so but we spent most of the time near the pool.

Just perfect for a relaxing break. Older couples and young families. Very clean and luxurious environment. Quiet out and about during Ramadan, though hotel busy.
Good variety of food and drinks. Beautiful pool area and nice cocktails served. Bedrooms clean and comfortable if a little dated.
Staff friendly and professional, speaking several languages.
Lovely restaurant in the hotel, though morroccan restaurant was horrible in our opinion.
Restaurant manager Rachid an absolute gentleman, and general Manager always around for his guests.
Will absolutely return soon, fabulous 👌

Fantastic hotel. Very kind staff, beautiful pools and everyone is very helpful. The other hotel guests are relaxed and polite. The hotel offers good food and drinks (especially great wine), and a lot is available all the time. Also great a la carte options. The room is spacious but on arrival it wasn’t very clean, however, the days after it was cleaned thorough and often. The in-door pool is great as well.
Apart from the hotel, Marocco is a great country to visit. Would definitely recommend for both an exploring and relaxing holiday!

It was our first time in Morocco and we have to say that this was one of the most beautiful hotels we have ever been to.
From the moment we arrived we felt very welcome by the reception staff. Our room was very clean when we arrived and the view was spectacular (room 3116) the mini fridge came with water and soft drinks. Tea and coffee were provided in the room every day. The beds were extremely comfortable, there was plenty of towels and robes were provided. There was a large variety of food every day. All of the pools were kept very clean but the water in the outdoor pools was cold. There is plenty of sunbeds for everyone. The hotel was cleaned to a very high level. The jungle bar is beautifully decorated. The staff at the pools, restaurants and bars were all wonderful, in particular Youssef at the Jungle bar who was very friendly and went out of his way to be helpful and was more then happy to assist. Overall we really enioyed our stay and we definitely recommend the hotel :)

The food was all inclusive 24 hours was great especially with a child. Food and drink was always available. Ilhan Charaf at reception was so helpful and friendly. Assisted us with places to go and things to do. Arranged flowers for wife and was always smiling, giving a great customer service. Would highly recommend this hotel
