Hotel Argana

We stayed at this hotel from 23rd of February, a family of 5. The hotel is beautiful. The rooms are first class. There is air conditioning in all the rooms. The service is great and nothing is too much trouble. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The food is fabulous, very fresh and a big variety.
There is entertainment by the pool every night and a nightclub on the premises. There is something for everyone. All amenities are within walking distance. The beach is behind the hotel and the souk is also within walking distance or take a taxi which is very cheap.

We have nice memories of staying at the Argana hotel. The room was clean, hot water, air conditioning, fresh towels every day... It happened a few times that the card in the room door reader was decoded and we didn't have one set of towels, but it's not a big problem. Meals and great service, friendly, smiling... I can't say a single bad word about the hotel staff, no one lacked smiles and kindness... During breakfast, they scurry around like ants without a moment of discouragement... Water in the pool: clean, optimal temperature, nothing over-chlorinated... there were active moments by the pool with music (yoga, aerobics...) run by nice animators... The furniture for relaxing by the pool was well-kept, there were restaurants next to the pool, in the evening you can sit in a cozy place with shisha. Apart from noisy guests somewhere next to... or the normal rhythm of life on the streets, nothing else disturbed the peace at night, and overall we slept very well... I highly recommend this hotel, I would not hesitate to stay there again...

Just returned from a 10 day winter sun break. This hotel is in an excellent location. The staff are so friendly and make you very welcome really know how to service. The public rooms are very well decorated in traditional Moroccan stlye.The food choice was good and mostly plenty of it. Will be going back. The pool area is good and if you want entertainment the team was great. We spent most of our days on the private section of beach for the hotel and the staff again we great.The night time activities finished at 23.00 hrs there is a night club which produces a bit of noise. The rooms are super clean, but would say little things need updating and the lighting was not great. otherwise it offers great value and looking forward to going back.

From arrival to departure everything was perfect,
The hotel is better than described in the reviews, the food and service offered was phenomenal, and there is no need to go somewhere else to eat, everything here was very clean, as was the room, which was cleaned every day, and the fitness area was great for training and offers enough space for all training sessions,
The pool area is very nice and well-kept. Parking is available in front of the door, and you can also use the private beach area with loungers for free within walking distance. The staff on site are very nice and offer helpful tips.

Recently stayed here, 22nd Feb till 24th. The staff made us feel so welcome and they were all so friendly and helpful. They made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Breakfast and dinner was delicious. Rooms were also spacious, clean and well maintained.

Before I came to this Hotel I read the reviews and got a bit scared - they were not very encouraging...
Now I would like to leave my own review here -
I LOVED THE HOTEL, THE STAFF AND FOOD IN HERE!!
The rooms are as shown on photos and they're clean and beds are comfortable. We did change our room because there were couple issues with previous rooms - one did not have bed for my son ad the other one was noisy. Noise did not come from our Hotel but the other neighboring Hotel. After listening to Techno music until 1:45 am I went to the reception and they right away said they have quiet room for us - it was changed without any issues and the room was Beach facing and really quiet - Loved the view from balcony and the peaceful night sleeps we got from then on.
The staff in the Hotel was really lovely and friendly and helpful. Any time we had a question they took time to answer and even just when walking by they smiled and asked how we're doing.
Food - amazing range of different food. I counted in one dinner time 12 different salads, 2 different meats (beef or lamb, fish), potato, pasta, rice and 2-3 different types of cooked vegetables. On top of that 4-5 different types of pastries and maybe about 5 different types of cakes-cookies. On top of that there were all different fresh veg and fruit and mini salads in small single serving glasses. Same as well with desserts. So who ever complains about food - I really don't know what more are you looking for!!!
Breakfast times were just as rich in different options. Most of the times I "rolled" out of the restaurant area.
Location is good - close to beach and easy to get taxi anywhere near and to the Airport (which was actually organized for us by the Hotel - thank you!)
So basically - I loved the Hotel!!
P.S. Yes the pool water was chilly but honestly - if you have 33'C and more heat then who wants to swim in the soup? :D

We (our family of 4) spent 5 days here in Agadir and had a fabulous time. We had half board and the food was decent (I liked it, my wife who's Italian and a high level chef said it was good for the price, but not great - I had no complaints and there are tons of vegetarian options), very much worth it to get breakfast and dinner included. The staff is generally helpful; some are very helpful, others not as much, but overall good. We stayed in the family suite and it has a great amount of space with a separate bedroom, two sofabeds (not the horrible opening ones with rods that poke you in the back, but sofas that are also beds) in the living room, a balcony overlooking the pool and a great view of the beach and sunset.
The pool was clean with a well-stocked bar, the beach was clean and stunningly beautiful with waves that are perfect for surfing and boogie boarding at all levels.
Value for money it is one of the best places I have ever stayed.

Just spent a week at Argana, looking to relax and recharge our batteries. My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our time there. There was a little blip on arrival with our room but it was sorted quickly and with a minimum of fuss. The hotel was spotlessly clean, the housekeeping staff so friendly and they work incredibly hard. Every member of staff always greeted us with a smile and was pleasant.
The rooms were a little dated but spacious and light. The only negative was the WiFi in the rooms was sporadic at best.
We really enjoyed the food and found it tasty and plentiful. The restaurant staff were again, very pleasant and welcoming.
Thank you for a lovely holiday, we are looking forward to returning next year.

Came for a winter sun holiday - definitely didn't disappoint , at least 26 degrees C every day and constant sunshine! Wonderfully located hotel with views over the sea, and very convenient for going down to the beach. I stayed in a superior room with a sea view, which was very nice and had a balcony overlooking the hotel's courtyard and pool, and out towards the sea. I could hear the waves in the morning. All the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, but Abdul the waiter was beyond exceptional. When I nearly missed breakfast one day, he even saved me a plate of my usual fruit selection to make sure I got something. The food was very good, there was ample choice both in the morning and for the evening meal. They had themed nights, French, Italian, Moroccan, etc but there was always a lovely choice of salads each time. There are many things to do in the area, such as camel riding, quad biking, CrocPark, and trips to the Atlas mountains. You can book these at the hotel or with local vendors. But you can also spend a long time on the hotel's private beach, which has sun loungers and parasols. It was also very easy to change money from Euro to Moroccan DH at the reception desk. WIFI was a little sporadic in my room but generally available in the communal areas. I enjoyed the programme of entertainment each night (a quiz, a belly dander, karaoke, etc). The nightclub opposite was a little noisy but it did pipe down usually around 11 pm - midnight.
The only downside was that the first night I was put in a room that wasn't so nice - the toilet and shower didn't work and the view was over the road. But this was probably because I arrived very late due to a delayed flight and the hotel was full up. The next day I asked at reception and was moved to a much better room. No kettles are provided in the rooms (but I brought my own which worked fine with an adaptor).

We stayed at Hotel Argana for a week and had a fantastic time. The hotel is in a very good location where you can reach all areas. The staff members were fantastic, especially Fatima (Fati), who works around the pool/entertainment area. She was very helpful and always had a wonderful smile on her at all times. She's a brilliant asset to your team. Thank you for your hospitality. We will come back and visit once again.

I have made friends for life here. The bar staff/waiters here have real personalities - they will not hesitate to have a conversation and help you with whatever you need. Same with the bosses, everybody here makes you feel at home.
I will never forget this hotel, thank you for everything you have done for me - 2 weeks that I will never forget!

I am in this hotel every year and every time I come and I have come every year sometimes twice a year, I am always very happy to find the kindness and helpfulness of these hoteliers. For me, Argana has become such a second family that I feel at home every time.
The hotel has done a lot of renovation work and a lot of effort to ensure that its visitors are calm, well pampered and well pampered.
Everyone, starting with reception (Karima, Meryem, and their colleagues, take great care to satisfy their customers. And God alone that there are customers who are too demanding and despite that they do their best to make the stay each very nice and comfortable.
Comfortable, that's the job of governesses and their housekeepers. I had the chance as usual on this 3rd floor to inherit incredibly kind people who are very professional. I am messy by nature but when I come back to my room everything is in the right place, clean and meticulously tidy. Thanks to them.
But coming to Argana and not stopping by the SPA is sacrilege. You absolutely must go there to enjoy a good Hammam and very good treatments: massage, manicure and pedicure and all this under the guidance of the professional Siham responsible for the place.
When it comes to catering, there is something for everyone, the choice is so varied. For my part, I only have the traditional breakfast and that suits me perfectly.
For hookah lovers there is Kheima, a picturesque corner. As far as I'm concerned, it's not my delusion.
The Argana Hotel is very well located next to the beautiful Corniche that I affectionately call the Promenade du Monde and the city center. You don't always need to be motorized.
Everything can be done on foot. You are surrounded by many places to visit.
And every time my stay ends I already think about the next one.
So looking forward to the next one

Very good family stay - the spa though is the highlight and Meryam has magical hands. Highly recommend going for a massage!

Actually staying in hotel, personnel is awensome especially restaurant and kids animation. Rooms are clean and fresh. Food is tasty, pizzayolo is doing great job. Only wifi needs some improvements.

We were there for a family holiday and we all enjoyed! The hotel is well located, spotlessly clean, and the staff just incredibly friendly and hard working. The only downgrade is the wifi service in the bedrooms but worked well in public areas. I have to mention the entertaining team in the hotel. These guys worked tirelessly and entertain all guest in the hotel. Big well done to them. I would recommend the hotel, there was value for money for sure!
