“Morocco 4x4 trip” January ‘24. I had the opportunity to travel with Mohamed and his crew. The trip and the food was simply amazing. Full of beautiful surprises. The chosen locations to travel and sleep were just breathtaking.
I totally recommend them.

I booked a 6-day trek with Mohamed and he provided a really excellent service. Met me at the airport, took me to a comfy Riad in Marrakech, met me the next morning with a taxi to take me to the trek start, where I was met by my guide for the trek. All arrangements seamless, and he was very accommodating over dates as I took some time to make my mind up! I’d have no hesitation booking again with Tizi Trekking.

I joined the “Imperial cities” tour, our guide Muhammed was very professional and caring, any problem of question he was already there to help! Everything organized very well, no delays, no cancels. Food was very tasty, they tried to show us interesting places where not every tourist can get. I traveled 34 countries and this is my best trip ever, thanks to your company, wish you to grow and prosper! Marocco left me very good and happy memories, nice country, nice people.

This was the trip of a lifetime for me. Mohamed, the owner of Tizi Trekking, was helpful, professional, funny and kind. His attention to detail is outstanding. I trekked for six days in the villages and mountains around Imlil and Mohamed took care of every detail. We had amazing tagine meals, delicious breakfasts, mint tea around every corner, beautiful accommodations and breathtaking views. He grew up in a village in the mountains; he seemingly knows everyone he sees and is a valuable resource to have by your side.

I went to Morocco with my friends during the Christmas holidays, and I organized the tour with Tizi trekking.
Mohamed (of Tizi trekking) is the best.

He was very nice from the start. He helped me to prepare the travel program before leaving, and even once I arrived in Morocco if I needed anything he was always there and ready to solve problems. I agreed with him for a minibus with driver, for hotels and for some dinners. All excellent. If I come back to Morocco I will definitely contact him again

We spent 5 days with Mohamed and Tizi Trekking, on a customized tour including hiking/summiting Mount Toubkal and camel riding and camping in the desert! We saw so much we never would have on our own, with interesting stops to local communities and artisans breaking up the driving between the mountain and desert.

The trip was well paced, well fed (and able to accommodate a gluten free diet) and very well priced. You learn SO much using a local guide and Mohamed is passionate about sharing his knowledge and culture with you.

If we did it again, the only change we would make would be extending Mount Toubkal to 3 days instead of the 2 we did it in. We made it to the Summit and all the way down to Imlil on day 2, but that is a LOT of intense downhill in one day.

We did the 5 Days Atlas mountains and Sahara desert tour with Tizi Trekking and had an amazing time.
We spent the first 2 days in the Atlas mountains. It was an easy trek, 10 km on the first day and 13 km with a bit more challenging terrain on the second day. We stayed at a guesthouse in a small berber village where we woke up to stunning views of the surrounding mountain range. Also great food during the trek!
Although it is a very long drive from the mountains to the desert, Mohamed made sure we left early enough on the third day to be able to visit both Ait Ben Haddou and the film studios in Ouarzazate, which was amazing. Our personal highlight was the camel trek through the desert on the last two days – it was so much fun and we also stopped somewhere in the dunes to take photos of the sunrise.
Mohamed did a great job organizing everything, the accommodation was always nice and clean, we had good food (there was always a vegetarian option for me) and most importantly, he made sure we had the best experience possible. Definitely recommend!
