Great gym! The atmosphere, the owner who is motivating you during reps, compact and old school vibe. Enough machines and weight to make a proper training. Some machines and dumbbells a little bit dated, but it adds an additional atmosphere points!
Moreover - great music. There was an incense as well which made a great scent.

Cool gym, loads of machines and a space for squats and deadlifts in the back corner. Mostly 10kg bars. I think there was an Olympic bar there but can’t remember 😅 machines were all clean and in good working order 👌🏼

Great gym! Enough equipment for a solid workout. Quite compact but adds to the whole atmosphere. Very friendly owners who will help and encourage you during sets. Would recommend

Good gym with plenty of equipment. Very old school equipment/weights but fine if you don't mind that. Very nice owner who made me a protein shake after my workout.

They’ve got some very vintage equipment but everything you need for a decent session. Got some free weights also. They charge 1000lkr/session. Got a deal for 2100lkr for 3 days for the duration of my stay. Looking forward to going again later!

Power Gym is the best place to train in Ella. The gym has everything you need and the price is also ok. The best of it is Akhila, the trainer, he is kind, helpful and a very good yoga and meditation coach. I totally recommend a visit. <3

I attended this gym for 1 month and really enjoyed it. Equipment is not so new but everything is working properly and you will find anything you need for weight training. Owner and local gym gang are very friendly and helpful. You better come before 5 cause after gym is rather small and can be overcrowded with people coming after working hours. Only thing I can wish to improve cleanliness a bit.

Great gym in Ella. Was passing through for a couple of days and drop-in price was very reasonable. Not a huge space but lots of equipment, good tunes and the manager burnt some incense in there too - great vibe

Small gym but it's clean, the equipment is sufficient and locals are friendly. Single entrance costs 1000 rs and you can also get a season ticket

No frills just make shift and rusty iron, you pay 1,000 go in and get the job done for 30/45 mins

Not the best for tall people 😂 if you want to use some of the equipment for a leg day/lower split but you can improvise

I think this is the only gym in Ella so thankful there is somewhere you can lift some heavy weight, definitely not a gym for cardio as there’s no treadmill etc but Ella is hilly enough for the incline lovers!

Great gym for travellers. You’ve got all the equipment you need - even for a heavy leg day. The trainers are so helpful and friendly and it doesn’t get too hot. Also the prices are really fair - I paid 1000 rupees per session, but they also offer cheaper memberships if you’re staying longer.

The gym is compact but has all the required machines and equipment for a solid workout. Works well for tourists and a special mention to the gym instructor Shiran who was very helpful towards me, teaching me new exercises and correcting my form when needed.
