Lovely view worth visiting.
You can reach from the vehicle and there are enough parking as well.
You have to purchase a ticket which is Rs. 100/- as of December ‘23.

It is recommended to go in the morning or evening when it is less sunny :)

Beautiful view of the nearby mountains and railway stations. You can see the train traveling along Heel oya, Kinigama and Bandarawela stations. There’s a small restaurant nearby, so you can have some snacks.

Place looks like it has built recently. Some constructions are still on going. It has a beautiful view of the town and the train track. We were lucky to spot a train. You have to buy a ticket to enter. It is worth the price because the place is well maintained. Parking is very limited and the road is very narrow. Be cautious if you are taking a big van or bus. I think they are building a vehicle park also.

To experience a better sunrise need to visit this place by 5.30 a.m. The ticket price is Rs. 100/=. To get a clear video of the sun carry a mega-pixel camera because mobile phones don't show the exact colour of the sun. Sun comes in Red and turns to orange and yellow.

This view point is remarkable place to visit in bandarawela area. at the sunset you can watch amazing views in the hill country side. Namunukula area, Haggala Mountain range and most of the 180 degrees and upcountry railway track you can watch in this place. visit this place. highly recommended.

Scenic view over an area covering more than 320 degrees. Amazing place to visit. Drive carefully. The plavce is well maintained by the Local Authority (Bandarawela Pradeshiya Sabha). Secured place to view. Place is being developed. Parking and washrooms are also under construction. Great place to visit. Salute to Bandarawela Pradeshiya Sabhawa.
