One of the best place with an amazing morning view. You'll be awaken for a morning view of deers and wils boars enjoying their natural habitat. Occasionally you'll find wild boars roaming around the premises at night. Such a great experience.

Very calm and good place to stay in Wilpattu national park which is facing the thalawila water tank. If you are lucky you can see the leopard from the bungalow. Lots of animals come here to drink water.

Amazing place stay owned by Department of Wildlife Conservation. Very reasonable fare. We booked Thala Wila Forest Lodge via online portal. Located in front of Thala Wila (lake) and 10 people can reside. Care taker is vey helpful and cooks delicious food. Bungalow is powered by solar electricity.However this area is little low on mobile networks signals.

Nice place, but I prefer Panikkivila more as the Staff there were more helpful and the view of the villu is better.
