Dolosmahe Guest House

Good location and good Safaris. We came here on the bike without reservation but the host made room for us, made dinner and helped us with the safari. Its right next to the entrance so that saves time in the morning. Rooms are basic but clean with A/C and mosquito net.

We had a very nice stay at Dolosmahe Guest House. The hosts gave us a very warm welcome and the food was delicious. The Guest House is located directly in front of the National Park and in the nature.
We have also booked a great safari with Dolosmahe Guest House. They offered a great driver, delicious breakfast and lunch during the safari.

A good place if looking for just a good rest and a tasty homemade food after the safari ride. Reasonable priced and clean. Rooms are a bit small. If lucky can spot a elephant right next to the guest house after dark.
Have to mention about Mr. Susil and his wife. Both put their heart and soul to treat their clients well.

We had a really nice stay here. The place is located extremely close to the entrance to the national park which is convenient. The manager is really really nice. The dinner that we had here was also very delicious. The room was kind of smaller than what we expected. But hey you're just gonna spend a night here so it really doesn't matter. Overall, we had a really nice time here.

Best place to stay for wilpattu national park.

Lovely guesthouse right next to park entrance with very nice hosts and great food. On top floor is a little terrace area where you can watch and listen to sunrise and sunset with a few (pre-ordered) beers.

Best place to stay in willpattu. 5 mins walk from the entrance. Freshly made food. Humble owners. Never let you down. They offer safari jeep services too.

Best place to stay for wilpattu national park. Clean and nice rooms with aircon. Directly at the entrance of the park. Amazing food, they also prepare takeaway breakfast and lunch for safaris. 200 m walk to a nice lake for having an incredible sunset. And the kindest owner and staff. Helps you arranging everything for reasonable prices. Just call him. Thank you so much for making our stay so memorable

Being right next to the park entrance it is helpful. They are friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. Room rates are good, with working air conditioning, hot water and comfortable beds.

Excellent rooms! Excellent service and very helpful and kind... arranged us a great jeep for the safari at the last moment when asked for and advised us properly.. very clean and neat! Highly recommend!

Average place but it is near Wilpattu entrance. Owner Susil is good and good service and deed are always good. Nice people.

It's actually 4 stars for value for money accommodation and food. But gains an additional star for service and hospitality of Susil and co.
