Enjoyed a breathtaking sunset view along with cold waves,ripples and foam. Mostly like an leisure place among villagers for some fresh air at the end of the day.

A very beautiful beach. Littlebit crowded. There are also shells on the beach. Nice rock wall in the beach and it gives extra beauty for the beach.
Not very safe to a swimm. Parking is available but can’t find freshwater for after bath.

Place is beautiful in the evenings but it's not entirely safe for bathing.
Close to those fishing huts sometimes there are broken glass bottles. So beware of that.

A very beautiful beach in Puttalam district. Not too crowded. A beautiful sunrise or sunset can be seen if you come to the beach in the morning or evening. Therefore, morning or evening is the best time to visit the beach. There are also shells on the beach. One can sit on a rock or on the beach and enjoy the sunset. You can have a wonderful time at this beach.

Still marawila gives the same vibe, it has always given. Can see huge growth on prayers coming down to the church and it is really clean well maintained and always its more quiet and clam.

It's an overall good experience. Not a large area to take a bath but, when it's not crowded its good.

Its a calm but sometimes rough beach with amazing visuals. Great for wedding photography an such things. Reccomended!
