O2 Seafood Restaurant

Absolutely delicious vegetarian meal! One doesn't always get good vegetarian options at sea food establishments because that is not their focus. I took the gamble on trying this place out because of their high reviews. They did not disappoint. They brought out one of the tastiest vegetarian meals I've had on my trip.

Great place! We eat there for 3 times and every time the food was perfect. Thank you for the nice experience!

We had the mullet fish and it was soo good!! It comes with vegetables and three different sauces that were really tastefull. The owners are so friendly and kind as well, we wish them all the best!

What a wonderful little gem this restaurant is. Situated on the seafront, it has both outside and inside seating. Chandhu, the owner and his partner are amazing. They treated us like royalty! We had a whole red snapper for main and tempura prawns to start with. Both dishes were incredible. The snapper was so well cooked, moist and flavoursome. Such a treat for a Friday lunch! The only alcohol they serve is Lion beer, which went so well with the fish! We will definately be back, maybe to see the sunset. Thank you guys!

Had lunch here. No wait time, for the first time ever in Sri Lanka. Snacks were served during the little time we waited. Helpful staff. Food was well prepared. Officially my favorite spot for seafood.

Wonderful restaurant with tables in the sand and such great atmosphere. Feel the sand between your toes and enjoy such tasty seafood 🦞 to reasonable prices. At the night you hear the waves 🌊 and can see the stars during some locals hit the strings of the guitar 🎸. The owner and staff is super friendly and helpful. Don't mix it up with the other seafood restaurant just next door

Simply the best restaurant in Marawila! We couldn't possibly go anywhere else. Chandu and his lovely wife are the best hosts and the food is out of this world! The seafood is fresh and beautifully cooked with love. It's what we call 'smiley food'. We can't recommend this place enough! You have to try it for yourselves.

Very delicious seafood, professionally served by very friendly staff in a romantic atmosphere.The sympathetic owner is committed to the well-being of the guests. He even arranged a ride to the hotel for us.
Pity we discovered the Restarant shortly before the trip home ...

The food was excellent, the waiter was incredibly friendly, probably one of the best and friendliest services I’ve ever seen. Very clean and hygienic too!
