Food : I ordered the burger. 🍔 It was gourmet but salty a little bit. I was satisfied with taste.

Mood : It had the good match music with Christmas. 🎄

Service: I appreciated the server with black and long hair. she was so kind and friendly.

I was on this Location with My Family and Friends and it was an amazing experience and the view from the top of the mountain was fabulous and we enjoyed a lot .. we will recommend this location to everyone who like to go in the Snow season and you can find the snow fall also here

This is an amazing restaurant at level 2 of Chimbulak resort. The temperature in the day we visited my -8 degree Celsius and it was need to have someone to keep us warm. S.Ne.G came as a saving grace. The drinks being offered were awesome. We were pleasantly surprised to even get some vegetarian options . We tried their pizza and Khachapuri. Both were outstanding. The ambience of the place was very nice and 360 degree views of snow and mountain were mesmerizing .
They also had some open places to sit outside but in such cold we did not dare to have our meals outside. Only one drawback was that they had no washroom(rather the ones in basement were locked and closed).
Service of the food and presentation was top notch. Inhouse wifi Internet at this height was another great service.

Overall a great experience for us to dine in at such height. This is a must stop whenever you visit Chimbulak. Thanks S.Ne.G for the hospitality, food quality and service. Keep it up.

Warm and welcoming service from Shakir made our experience extremely hospitable. It's my favourite restaurant for the whole family with a guarantee of satisfaction.

Nice spot to have a drink or a full lunch/brunch. Reservation is recommended if you are a big company. Quick & friendly service, kitchen is good. Definitely will come back again.

Wonderful to have coffee at 3500 m height

We are big fans of Sneg. The staff are very helpful, professional yet friendly. We've been here probably 20+ times and always emerge with the same feeling. The Sneg burgers are great, as are the cocktails. It's not cheap, but considering the location, it's good value.

Loved the food and beer served , the view from the restaurant is amazing. A bit on the costlier side ,but at the height and view it's all worth it

Brilliant! Not stayed overnight but the food and service are the best on the mountain. The views are amazing. I recommend the breakfasts and hot blackberry punch. On sunny days it has a great terrace to sit out on to enjoy the sunshine. Located just next to the halfway point on the lifts, it's accessible to both skiers and pedestrians.

Great place with a great view! Nice cuisine, no crowd, but the best is staff! I would like to say special thanks to Aigerim and Dinara for making our stay special! Thanks to them we became loyal guests of the restaurant and try to spend every spare time here! Very helpful and pleasant! I would be happy if hotel managers will appreciate them for their work!

Great hotel, but only a few rooms, so book in advance! You can reach it only via cable car and if you choose a three-day-pass, be aware that there is only one time up and one time down included! Further the wooden rooms smell so nice and the view is amazing at night. Food was really good, but sometimes not everything is available.

I've came across to that restaurant in a trail, when I was trekking with my friends. We have reached that place at the evening and the view from this place is pheomenal! It is like you would be in heaven, the restaurant in clouds! Tea with ginger and honey was also great and surprisingly inexpenive.

Good quality foods with helpful staffs. Very reasonable prices compared to the ones within Symbulak resort. Another plus is a variety choice of drinks from cocktails, wines to teas.

Great experience. Good and pleasant service. Need to take gondola up to the hotel from Shymbulak (about 10 USD). Get to Shymbulak from Medeo by another gondola (about 8 USD) or take a minivan (0.8 USD). For minivan go all way up to Medeo center (can go by local bus #12 from Kazakhstan hotel, Dostyk avenue). Food is good. Ambience is great.
