Barmaglot Bar

I have been in this place in 2016-2018. It was the most and best upscale bar in Almaty city. I am in California since 2018, but if I had an opportunity, I would visit this bar again for nice music, great choice of drinks and food, interesting public and social experience. By the way, the whole district is full of upscale bars, restants, and cafes. I spent usually around $150.

The cocktails are really interesting taste, the food is small portions, just as a snacks with drinks will be ok, but not as proper dinner.
Security outside gave us the enter with no issues. The Dj and music is super.
Enjoyable atmosphere outside on the high tables. Waiters sometimes took a long time for waiting for the order, becz the place was fully with guests.

Very nice place with outside and inside tables. The bartenders know what they are doing. If asked they prepare a customized things. I strongly recommend to try their signature drinks and some home made shots. We haven't tried a food there but I saw several plates passing by and they look very tasty!

This is one f my favorite places to have a nice drink with my friends. The location is great. It is closed to the center. It is located on the first floor, it has indoor and outdoor tables. The best thing about this place is that their unique serving of drinks. Each drink looks amazing, they decorate it in different ways. I do not remember the name of the drink that I ordered but it tasted and looked amazing. I highly recommend this place.

It's a classy place, so be prepared to meet classy people. Expats are very welcome in here. My suggestion is to order an off menu whiskey sour with Maker's Mark as base (a little bit more expensive)

Quite a good place to hang out with friends. On the expensive side, but fair for what it is. Food was ok. You definitely need a reservation if you want a table; otherwise you’ll just be placed at the bar, which fills up quickly.

The best bar in Almaty, serving amazing cocktails and decent food. Summer terrace worths a separate caption as one of the best in the city. Highly recommended. Don’t miss out Cocktail Wednesdays, which is a trend in the whole city.

The elcopitas part was the best, they know what you want.

The interior design and dim warm lights are stunningly great. A wide selection of spirits and bespoke cocktails on a bar attracts the crowd to the place any time of year.
But beware of these lonely girls, some of them are not who they pretend to be at the first look

Good place with good music. Mixs from old hits, good bits for dancing and having fun. Good service and sea food dishes. I enjoyed. One of must visit places on Friday. Take a passport or it's copy and CovidPass for entrance. Don't forget to reserve the table.

Great bar. Very relaxed yet upscale. Frequented by upper class locals, expats and tourists alike. Definitely recommended if visiting the city.

Bartenders say this bar is rated number 1 in Kazakhsrtan and it may be true. Good choice of food and drinks and also some unique cocktails available.

Always fun on a Wednesday or Friday night. Reserves you table early during the winter months as the place fills up fast.
