Important-please note few points 4.30pm restaurant closed (get your food prior from city before checkin andckeep in rooms sauna food will get warm🤣)so if you have to do dinner please wait until 6.30pm cable car will start for hotel guest for 30min for going to sneg restaurant ...go have dinner at 8.30pm cable car will start for Tennir just make sure you are sitting at right cable car orelse you can't return to Tennir I will sujjest to ask help sneg crew fir Goin to Tennir and also come with other guest in cable car as in cable car no light and it's too cold at night. SNEG food is very expensive.

Let's talk about hotel it's best for young fit couple who don't have heart issue or dnt smoke as it's in high altitude you have to come with luggage till hotel 300m so better less luggage you can keep some luggage to your last stayed hotel .

Location-one of the best hotel I think in this whole world 1night not enough I enjoyed a lot and shot very nice pic .At night you can see shooting stars as if you are so close to galaxy.Rooms are super heated so I was opened my door while sleeping .. as I feel after opening door relaxed and airy .
I think Kazakhstan tour incomplete without staying here dnt think for price just book ....it's includes cable car round trip one time.

I spent a night at Tenir Eco hotel and it was a truly amazing experience, out of the ordinary. The hotel is located in Shymbulak in high altitude. Rather than a hotel, it is an ensemble of small individual “houses” and each has a sauna and the comfiest beds ever. The views are amazing and the room is very well equipped especially given the isolated location.

Service was top-notch and If you need anything during your stay, you can call the reception and they brought us anything we needed right away. They are also very proactive on offering help which was really appreciated.

Breakfast is served in a nearby restaurant and the food was amazing although very limited in choice.

The only disappointment is that although their eco branding, their was some single-use plastic equipment in the room (bathroom amenities, toothbrush, etc), in addition to that some additional amenities (coffee, drinks, snacks) would have been welcomed given the steep price. The only thing that was missing in my opinion was a bathtub which would be an amazing thing to have after a day in the cold skiing.

It’s definitely on the pricey side but well worth it for this unique location and experience !

Very cool highly recommend if your into skiing and snowboarding! Not the easiest to get to if weather is bad.

Absolutely loved the place.. booked three nights with my mother and it was her first time to see the snow. Perfect place for an escape vacation from the day to day routine.. the staff are very helpful especially Alsher, he made sure that our stay is comfortable and has been responsive all the time, even months before our stay.

Our stay was originally scheduled for end of January and few hours before our flight my Covid Test came out positive. I I expected to be charged the full amount of the stay especially that we have passed the free cancellation period, however they accepted to move our dates to February and here are now.

There are two restaurants nearby the hotel, one of them doesn’t open all the time, and the other is open until 9:30pm. They breakfast options aren’t much but we didn’t mind it.

The nightly rates are a bit expensive though we enjoyed our vacation at Tenir Eco Hotel.
I am not sure how the view is during a other seasons but in winter with the snow it’s absolutely breathtaking!

We've booked for one night and everything was perfect. The staff were friendly and helpful. They have even lent us some jackets and boots. there are heaters in the room and washroom.

Just keep in mind it’s 3,200m above the sea level - may not be for everyone.

Вид из номера отличный и тепло и комфортно. Ресторан в 30 метрах. Благодаря проживанию в этом отеле есть редкая возможность съехать на закате по абсолютно пустому склону, т.к. подъемники вечером (2 раза) включают только для проживающих в отеле.

Уникальный отель, находящийся на вершине мира. Все номера имеют потрясающий вид на горы и собственную мини-сауну. Боялись замерзнуть, но в итоге в отеле было даже жарко и мы ставили теплый пол и обогревание на минимум. Очень вежливый, внимательный и отзывчивый персонал! Очень благодарны Инкару и Нуржану за организацию отличного отдыха и доброжелательность!!!

PS: обратите внимание, что до отеля можно добраться только по канатной дороге, если первая часть канатки будет закрыта, этот участок можно проехать на такси-электрокаре. На собственном и арендованном авто добраться до отеля не получится.

Отель в горах, в котором я останавливался, был невероятным местом для отдыха. Я бы хотел отметить их высокий уровень сервиса, который превзошел все мои ожидания. Отельный персонал был внимательным, дружелюбным и готовым помочь в любой ситуации. Они всегда были готовы ответить на мои вопросы и решить любые проблемы, которые у меня возникали.

Комната, в которой я жил, была очень чистой, уютной и комфортабельной. В номере был потрясающий вид на горы, который создавал невероятную атмосферу. Также, в номере было все необходимое для комфортного проживания.

Отель предоставил мне возможность отдохнуть и расслабиться, и я чувствовал себя очень комфортно в течение всего моего пребывания.

Я настоятельно рекомендую этот отель всем, кто ищет комфортное и роскошное место для отдыха в горах. Он превзойдет ваши ожидания и оставит незабываемые впечатления!

Великолепная гостиница, персонал потрясающий, максимально стараются что бы создать уют для гостя. Сами номера тёплые не смотря что на улице холодно, одним из лучших достоинств гостиницы это панорамный вид в номеров, есть все что необходимо для отдыха. Когда утром просыпаешься выходишь на улицу сразу чувствуешь чистый воздух, голубое небо и лыжников. Я был очень хороших гостиницах в Вене, Париже, Афины, Рим, Флоренция, Венеции и тд. Но могу точно высказать мнения что сотрудники данной гостиница лучшие по обслуживанию!

Прекрасное место для уединения, вид из окна потрясающий! Все необходимое есть в номере, интернет, Нетфликс… Вкусный завтрак, особенно панини. Кроме того, чтобы разнообразить досуг, воспользовались услугами гида для трекинга. Рекомендуем.

Отличное место! Отель идеально подходит для тех, кто хочет пожить в горной тиши вдалеке от городской суеты и полюбоваться первозданной природой. Очень привлекает дизайнерская отделка и наличие всего необходимого для полноценного отдыха.
