I went into the shop looking 👀 for a Trek or potentially a Giant!! Instead I came out with a Smart Tetra and have to say it has all the gadgets and whistles you could ask for. The father and mother has been doing business over 40 years and have never seen the expertise as I did in their shop!! They have EVERYTHING you could want!! Thank you so much MTB Story!! 🥰

Beyond happy with my purchase. The staff was incredible! They helped me find the perfect bike. I was measured to ensure the size and seat placement was ideal. I was able to find all the accessories I needed (helmet, front/back lights, water bottle, cycling attire, etc). They went above an beyond with giving tips on riding, since this is my first road bike (I have a MTB back home). I was inspired with how courteous, knowledgeable and kind the staff was. You cannot beat the prices, inventory and the customer service. If you want something not in stock they are quick to order the right size and model bike for you. 10/10 recommend

Really nice couple who owns the store. They’ve been in business for 42 years and know how to treat customers. I walked in not even sure if I was ready to purchase. I rode out on my new bike with a new helmet. Cool part: the gentleman installed the pedals on the bike and even put lights on the front and back and threw in a water bottle holder and bicycle lock. Didn’t break the bank, either. I will definitely recommend to others.

Don’t look elsewhere. The family here is helpful, courteous, and bikes are sold at a discounted price. They go the extra mile to make sure your needs (wants) are met. I could not recommend this place more. English is spoken, which is very helpful. They deserve your business.

Best mountain bike store near Camp Casey. They have everything you need from beginner to advanced riders. Much cheaper than other stores. Plus the owner services any bike they sell to their customers for free. Highly recommended!

When I went to the shop the first time, the family were welcoming and their son was keen to give me good advice on the type of bike I would need. After doing lots of research, I went back this Saturday to buy the bike they recommended. The Giant Escape is a beauty in burgundy. While the father was preparing the bike, the mother's experience and knowledge of bikes was evident, and helped me with all the extras too: helmet, cycling pants, etc. Their service and efficiency was absolutely amazing! I received discounts on practically everything, including the bike. And of course, their 🐕 is so gorgeous. I highly recommend this bike store to anyone interested in buying a good quality bike or having it serviced.

The shop is closed every 2nd, 4th Tuesdays. Visit weekdays to maintain your bike, not weekends(too busy to be cared). 요즘같은 자전거 수요 과다의 시대에도 꾸준히 물량 확보를 하는 점포. 입문용 자전거만 구매했는데도 전조등, 주행등, 물통케이지와 자물쇠까지 챙겨주는 것은 고마운 일이다.
