The store itself and the items are well-curated and quite beautiful. Staff is not particularly engaging but I didn’t take it personally. The lack of a return policy is outrageous, however: I came in on a hot summer day and saw an item I liked. Out of courtesy, I purchased a dress and waited until after I showered to try it on. It fits but not comfortably, so I came back two days later to exchange it for something else. There was a language gap but through the use of google translate, I was made aware that since I left with the item, it could not be returned. Very disappointing as I was so excited to visit Japan and specifically this store for the first time.
