From the moment I stepped foot into the store, I knew I was in for a treat.

The selection of really good used equipment was fantastic. The prices I thought was really reasonable but the main highlight was the customer service. A certain Mr Shindo (I think that was his name. My apologies I should have remembered) was a delight to deal with.

Definitely highly recommended for any camera enthusiast looking for used equipment.

Great camera shop, got myself a second hand Fujinon lens for a great price. Language barrier is there, but the team is so good to cross that bridge and help you. Highly recommend it.

15 mins JR train ride from Shinjuku station. The staff understands English and they are very attentive. Bought a few used lenses at reasonable price.

Didn't purchase anything but 5 stars for the selections. They must have 20 Z9's and over 20 X100s in stock. Endless Ricoh GR's and Sigma DP's. Even Leica Q3.

I had a long layover in Tokyo and used some of my time to visit Fujiya Camera. I ended up buying a Sigma 18-50mm F2.8 DC DN lens for my Sony A6400. The price (tax free) was approximately 30% lower than what I would have paid at home. The staff were extremely knowledgeable and courteous and they went out of their way to help me despite my rather modest purchase. I will definitely visit again when I'm next in Japan. Thank you.

Went in there just for a look, left with this Fujifilm x-t10. Were all graded and were in crazy good condition for there grade! The Fuji film x-t10 in mint condition was 35000 yen. A pretty good price for a used camera you can pick up and inspect and try before you buy.

Great place for used and new cameras and lenses. Their online shop details the condition of used equipment precisely, you can then reserve it and pickup at the store. Staff are always friendly and helpful.

If you need photo related equipment, new or second hand this is the place to go to in all of Tokyo. Friendly staff, full range, great second hand items and prices are good too. Store is split up into several shops so make sure you visit them all.

Friendly and helpful staff.
The staff gave us enough time to test and decide. She gave us no pressure and gave us just good amount of support.

It is also nice that we can check stock and price in internet in advance. And we could check the quality at shop in hand.

a fantastic store. it's so rare to be able to speak to knowledgeable staff who are able to help (not just look up the features on the side of the box). good range of new and used equipment. not always the cheapest but worth it for peace of mind rather than blindly buying online. highly recommend.

Great shop at Nakano. Most of the offerings are now more modern. I do miss the well stocked vintage lenses they used to have in the Broadway junk shop. Cinema camera shop across the road is also a camera geek dream.

A great place to stop by if you need anything from used to new. The store is not small at all, compared to the otherwise so called No.1 in Japan located in Shinjuku, Tokyo. The female English-speaking stuff is extremely helpful, and kind. I had excellent experiences purchasing a new camera there after encountering relatively non-perfect Nikon quality control issues, which reminds me the B&H in NYC usually I got my gears from. The used lenses there are also very attractive and priced as ranked precisely. I got quite a few new and not easy to find used lenses there, which are worth each penny. I enjoyed trade-in service there, which you sell your old goodies and swap for either new or used. Overall a trustworthy store for anyone hooked with glasses like me! Highly recommended!

Great place to buy all your camera gear under one roof. You can get good quality class A used lenses. Almost all brands are available. They sell a wide price range. You can choose according to your budget. They also accept exchanges of old lenses for new ones at good prices. A haven for photographers in Japan.
