I felt complied to rate seeing all the other reviews. It's a smaller 7-11, but I got exactly what I came for and the staff were very kind

Ok service

皇居周回コースから一番アクセスしやすいコンビニ。
日曜も開いてる。
さすがホテルの地下、シャンパンの瓶が並んでる。

お店は綺麗で衛生的（店員さんが掃除をしている姿をよく見る）で好印象なのですが、オフィス街なのでどうしてもいわゆるお昼休みの時間を過ぎるとおにぎり、弁当のコーナーに品が何もないのでピーク外のお昼だとお昼ご飯難民になってしまいます…土日はさらにご飯類がないので土日関係なく働いている方に優しくないと感じます。

ホテル宿泊時に利用しました。
地下歩いたらすぐだったので便利でした。

A convenient place to get quick snacks. Be careful the clerks are every where watching you. Very suspicious and eager to get on your case. Do not let it get to you just get what you need and move on. At least you do not have to work there. Cheers

Not particular a fan of this 7-eleven. The staff don't seem friendly and they don't offer many choices in their stock. The power banks seem reasonable though... And I can't believe they do not accept Line Pay (when their ATM let's you load your line Pay.....)

not sure what the company response is to customer feedback policy is. It has been weeks no response or answer. Like sending something into a black hole. Hello?..... oh well

平日13時頃に昼飯を買いに行ったら、おにぎりは完売で店頭に陳列ゼロ。
セブン本部が提唱している機会ロスだらけです。
いつも平日はこんな感じです。

本部担当者が見てたらオーナーにおにぎり発注を増やすように提言して下さい。
改善されなければ、私の方から本部に直接クレーム入れます。

柄の悪い粗暴な店員がいます。
