High quality Japanese tea leaf store. Not easy to come by train but not too difficult to find. Worth to come for better quality green tea. You can taste before make a purchase. English communication with staffs are good.

Wow, so delicious 👌🏼 best tea I've ever tried

We love visiting this place to buy their Hojicha. We restock when we drop by Japan. It is pricier than other shops but really worth it. You can brew many times for each pack you purchase and share it with your family. The place is nice where you see how the tea is brewed and they also let you taste samples of the tea.

The store clerk was very friendly as well as being able to communicate with me in English. I was able to try a few teas including their matcha tea. All were quite nice.

They sell green tea that has been picked in fields in Shizuoka. They serve samples and show the importance of how flavours change depending on the temperature it is brewed in. Wpuld recommend for tea enthusiasts.

We went to the place around 18:40, just before it closed. The woman working there was very helpful, spoke English, and was able to answer all our questions. You can smell all their teas, and taste a small sample upon request. The woman was even nice enough to demonstrate how to make green tea for those of us who didn’t know. All their tea seemed to be grown by the same family that runs the store (since 1919 apparently), and the locations where all the teas were from are posted. The teas vary in price, from around 800 to 3000 yen, so there’s things available in every price range, as well as kits with teapots and cups, and variety packs.

You can try all their teas at the store. The staff are really helpful and speak english.
They have a limited variety of teas and tge store is rather small, but the teas have a decent quality and they are all organic.
