Beautiful and lush park in the Rinkai area of Tokyo. It is right near the bay, so you can enjoy the beautiful weather. It's good for kids to play or have a picnic.
The sea life park is amazing. There is an entry ticket. The penguin habitat, aquarium are all worth visiting. They also have features for kids to explore, like looking into a drop of sea water under a fixed microscope. There are some programs which have fixed timings, so remember to check that beforehand.
There is a giant Ferris wheel in the park. This also has a ticket. It moves slowly and you can get gorgeous views of the park, bay and the city. The kids can enjoy this too.
All in all, a perfect place to spend half a day in Tokyo, especially with kids.

We come here to enjoy the sight of the water and the incoming airplanes. There are many walking paths and picnic tables in the field that can be freely used. Making a picnic in this park is just perfect. On Saturdays there is food trucks and regular family events happening.

Visited on 2023/1/1 to see the sunrise. It seems this place is very popular for this reason. A lot of people come here to see the first sunrise. A lot of cars and almost all parking spots were full around this area.
Tip: Come early/better to find parking little far and walk for 20 mins

"A park overlooking Tokyo Bay."
This is the best park in Tokyo for children. Well-maintained paths, well-tended trees, waterfront, and bicycling are all available. There is also an aquarium and a botanical garden that can be enjoyed all year round. Small tents for day camps can be brought in, and everyone spends their time as they please. There is a convenience store, Starbucks, and snack store just outside the station, so you can easily go there empty-handed.
A ride on the Ferris wheel offers a panoramic view of Tokyo Bay, and we recommend that you take it at least once.

Parking: Available, subject to charges

Very nice. Not too crowded. Lots of variety. The fresh water section is seriously underrated for being free

Beautiful view. Peaceful. There is separate space for BBQ for which you need reservation. The view from top of ferris wheel was breathtaking. Sadly, We couldnt see the aquarium as ticket counter closes 1 hour prior i.e closes at 4pm. And if you stay there till evening the sunset view along the river is breathtaking.

A great park with so many fun options to enjoy, relax and spend quality time alone or with family and friends. It has Tokyo Sea Life Park, Excursion Train, Ferris Wheel, beautiful views of the sea, pretty gardens, a nice playful beach. Huge parking lots, a lot of vending machines, toilets, benches, canopies, cafeteria, few small shops and some food trucks.

This was one of my highlights of my recent trip to Tokyo. The park was so beautiful and vast. I loved the wild flower meadows and seeing the blossom on the trees, as well as admiring the ocean. I enjoyed the tranquility of walking around the wild bird observation area and I had a nice quick lunch at Crystal Cafe - the staff here was super friendly.

I did not visit the aquarium, as it was a Wednesday and it was closed.

I highly recommend this park for a peaceful picnic or BBQ, away from the business of Tokyo.

The only downside for me was the Diamond and Flower Ferris wheel but this is only because I soon discovered I was very scared of heights when I went on it and had to wait for my carriage to do the full 17 minute loop before I get off. I heard the views are amazing but I had my eyes closed the entire time! 😂

There is a small arcade next to the ferris wheel and there are vending machines close too, which sell drinks and ice cream.

Overall, I highly recommend this park for some peace and nature.

Amazing park, the gardens are beautiful as well as the beach, you can see so much from the coast from Mount Fuji to Disneyland, the view was amazing from the observatory building which you can walk in for free, there are food vans and plenty of vending machines if you become hungry or thirsty. It’s a bit out of the way from the main centre of Tokyo but it’s definitely worth the trip.

One of the best places to chill alone or rendezvous with friends!

Wide park with overlooking of Yokohama bay. It’s better visit the park in spring and summer because the grass are warm and comfy.

Such an incredible park... coast and BBQ area the most important recreation of the park. Although people must refrain from swimming without permission there is small coast for entering your feet in the water. Very green and full of peace. Water fountain and toilets are everywhere. Train and bus services are available as well as huge parking area for cars.

On a good weather day this is a place to go to. Really nice vibe, very specious, lots of things to do and see, or just relax, or have a picnic. Great for families, for a date, or just for a peaceful walk on your own.

Great park for no entrance fees and greatest sea beach near Tokyo! Barbecue space and a playpen for small children. All day fun place for the whole family! A sprawling bird watching park is also rich in birds and fishes. Plenty of walking tracks and public restrooms. And then there is the famous Tokyo sea life park aquarium too.
