BOOKOFF PLUS Ikebukuro Kanamecho Store

A lot of BRAND NEW item , do not expect 50% off item here but good enough if you want thrifting for clothes and accessories and bags.

My friend and I went to see what would be in a Japanese thrift store (for clothes) and both walked out with something! I got a lovely long skirt and a Hawaiian shirt and am super happy with them!

The clothes were mostly upstairs, so that is what I will focus on. It was clean and well organized. They had fitting rooms that had curtains for doors and a mirror. The floors were clean because you take your shoes off - that also doubles to let people know that room is occupied.

There are no hangers in them, and I think it's because you aren't meant to bring a bunch of things to try on like in the US. I couldn't read it properly (I'm not good at Japanese), but they had a sign that I believe said try things on one at a time?

If I was going alone, it might be a bit difficult to fit my bag, jackets (it was cold the night we went), my item to try on, and myself in the fitting room. Luckily I had a friend to hold my jackets and bag!

Check out was smooth, and overall it was a good trip!

Very nice place. Friendly staffs, helped me look for books and CDs. Even with my minimal speaking Japanese skills they tried their best to communicate with me to ensure I got the correct series of books I want. Recommended place!

Some cool books for a cheap price and also some great old games for almost nothing! Cashier's have always been good to me so far even tho im a foreigner with almost no japanese knowledge. Would recommend checking this shop out!

It's not the largest Book Off around, but it has a fantastic selection of items including out of print goods at unbeatable prices.

This was one of my favourite Book Offs by far.

near ikebukuro station you can go from ikebukuru metro and not far form kanamecho station in shop many good item like game and book for first floor,watch,shoe,handbag for second floor service good

衣類を見に行きました。サイズがちょうどいいシンプルで気を遣わずデイリーで使える掘り出し物が破格の値段で買えたので満足です。全体的にもっさりしてて埃っぽいのは気になりますが、そのぶん価格に還元してくれているのかもしれません。接客業だからといって必要ないリップサービスやスマイルサービスを高価でも相手がプロ意識高いでもないひとに求めるのは大人気ないなと思うことは多々あります。こちらのお店は以前より改善されてるようでした。私のミスでお会計に手間取ってしまったのですが、店員さんの対応も問題なく気持ちよくお買い物ができました。店側ばかりをみるのではなく、客側も自らの至らなさを省みてみると相手に過剰に求めることも少なくなるかもしれません。いろんなひとがいて気疲れすることも多い社会で、気持ちよく働かせてあげる周りの思い遣りを忘れたくないものです。

商品が多くて、値段が安くて、とても良いお店だと思っています。

ここは古着も扱っているので、たまに寄ります。気に入った服が有れば、値段しだいですが、数着買ったりします。

スタッフがかなりちゃんとしてる気がします。
掘り出し物の服探すのも楽しい。
