Literally hundreds of products some very practical ideas at affordable prices. You can spend quite time going through what are on offer.

My wife loved this place. Think Dollar Store or Home Bargains (UK). Wide range of stuff of varying quality, including stationery and crafts, much of which is 100 yen. E.g. we needed a quick-fix luggage strap for a case with a dodgy zip and bought two for 100 yen.

Daiso store is not for tourists looking for souvenirs. The drug store below it has better options if you want food and beauty products as souvenirs.
