Amazing cakes from Layer! While they don't have the Japanese style cakes (ie strawberry shortcake), the French style cakes are equally amazing, rich and dense! Bringing new cake options to Niseko 🤤

Went on a recommendation from a friend and I wasn't disappointed. The youtei crunch was delicious, not too sweet and the size was just right. The setting, by the lake with views of youtei, means even waiting in line is a pleasure. Highly recommend.

We ordered one of each of the Chocolate & Berry and Pistacchio cakes as gifts for guests! They were thoroughly impressed. The cakes were both beautifully presented and professionally packaged. Will certainly order again!
