TORIFITO HOTEL & POD NISEKO

A pod hotel was a totally new experience for myself - but really on my list of things I had to try.

I really appreciate the idea of a small space sharing with other people for the experience of living closer to each other on this planet with a set of clear rules, sharing common areas but still maintaining a small, private space, made possible by showing proper respect for each other.

The resulting lower environmental impact of using less concrete and other resources to build, using less land space, less energy for air conditioning or heating, hot water system, etc.

In short, it is an study of how to live in a smaller space, using less resources and not living alone, since loneliness is one of our biggest mental challenges, especially with our fast ageing population.

Torifito Pods were an absolutely amazing experience. Very well managed. Checking in you feel like in a 5star hotel - dealing with friendly and competent staff in uniforms even wearing a tie!

The place is very tidy, comfortable pods with TV, aircon and dimmable lighting.

Other travelers were mostly respectful in regards to noise (some still don't know how to put their phones on silent and alarms going off at odd times) and keeping common areas tidy.

The onsen (more like oversized hot tub- regular water no sulfur / minerals ) felt really clean and accessible at all times.

Lawson is right next door so snacks and drinks readily available.

I even met some people working in the ski areas staying long term and all seem to enjoy the place.

Definitely a great experience and my compliments to management and staff!

I got a pod and was worried it would be loud, it was in fact very quiet. You’re not allowed to use your phone in the space and everyone is very respectful. Right next to a Lawson’s which is great. Location is perfectly fine for skiing as long as you have a car. Such an awesome hotel.

Rooms are very clean and tidy, small but adequate,small vanity, tea and coffee facilities in the room with a small fridge. separate Tiolets down the hall way, very clean and not too far. Common room with microwave facilities, Onsen is a welcome extra for a hot soak after skiing. A supermarket, drugstore and convenience store with 2min walk. We had breakfast and dinner in our accommodation package which is very convenient. Good local food buffet style. Regular shuttle's to Hirafu approx. 15mins ride. Staff are warm and friendly.

Couldn't stay as planned due to last-minute changes, but the hotel's customer service was exceptional. They were understanding and handled everything with great empathy and efficiency. Truly appreciated their support and look forward to a future stay. Highly recommended.

great stay in the twin room for the price which is more than half of whats in the resort. they run shuttles to niseko but I had a rental car. Breakfast is decent. You can fill yourself up with unlimited rice before heading for a powder day at Niseko.

We stayed in a family room. No bathroom but in June all shared bathrooms are usually empty. Everything is clean and convenient. You have an onsen too (quite small but full equipped). Location is close to all skying tracks and you have many shops, malls and restaurants nearby.

Only used the sento bath as a non-staying guest but was impressed from what I saw. Very reasonably priced for the bath, friendly staff

Very Good Hotel in kutchan. Very calm, Hyegenic and clean.

フロントやレストラン、共用スペースは明るく開放的で好感が持てました。また、スキーロッカーの使い勝手が良くてワックススタンドも置いていました。共用の電子レンジが一台しかありませんでしたがもう一台増やして頂きたい。車があればルスツへも30分ほどで行けます。食料は隣の大型スーパーで調達できます。

夫と私は、2023年12月26日から24年1月5日までトリフィートポッドニセコホテルに滞在しました。

シャトルバスの運転手さん、松原さん（ヒラフ行きのピンクのシャトルバスを運転）に敬意を表したいと思います。

私たちがチェックインした初日、彼はヒラフ行きのシャトルバスが何時に出発するかを人々に知らせるためにホテル周辺を歩き回っていることに気づきました。同じ夕方、彼が勤務を終えたとき、ラウンジエリアにいる私たちに気づき、挨拶にやって来ました。

2日目の夕方、彼はまた私たちに気づき、挨拶に来てくれました。英語の能力が限られているにもかかわらず、彼は私たちと有意義なつながりを築こうとしているようです。

私たちが毎朝スノーボードに行くとき、彼が熱意を持って一日を始め、会う人全員に挨拶し、きちんと義務を果たしているのを見ました。

そして3日目までに、彼は私たちが自分の車を運転していたことに気づきました。彼はわざわざヒラフに向かう道の交通状況を知らせに来て、私たちにそれを促し、安全運転を注意してくれます。

彼が私たちとやり取りするすべてのものは、モバイル翻訳を介して行われます。したがって、このジェスチャーから、彼が顧客の期待を超えるために本当に努力していることがわかります。

そしてチェックアウトの日、彼はヒラフへの最初のシャトルサービスの準備をしており、私たちがチェックアウトしていることに気づき、わざわざ私たちの荷物を運ぶのを手伝いに来て、送り出してくれました。

彼の情熱、前向きな雰囲気、そして気配りのおかげで、私たちは彼がTorifitoの顧客サービスを高いレベルで担っていると感じています。

Dear Manager,

My husband and I stayed in Torifito Pod Niseko Hotel from 26 Dec ‘23 - 05 Jan ‘24.

We would like to send in a compliment for the shuttle bus driver name 松原-san （driving the pink shuttle bus to Hirafu).

On the first day we check-in, we notice that he walk around the whole hotel area to let people know the shuttle bus for Hirafu is leaving at what time. On the same evening when he end his duty he noticed us at the lounge area and he came over to say hello.

On the second day evening, he again noticed us and he came over to say hello. Despite his limited command of English he is seen trying to make meaningful connection with us.

Every morning when we were going for snowboarding we seen him start his day with enthusiasm and greeting everyone he seen and doing his duty well.

And by the 3rd day he notice that we drove our own car. He will purposely come over to tell us how is the traffic on the road towards Hirafu and he will prompt us about it and remind us to drive safely.

Everything he communicates with us via mobile translation. So from this gesture we can see that he really go the extra mile to exceed customers expectations.

And on our checkout day, he was preparing for the first shuttle service to Hirafu and he notice we are checking out, he purposely come over to assist us on our luggage and send us off.

Because of his passion, positive vibes and attentiveness from him, we feel that he is the one that carry the customer service high up for Torifito.

俱知安站Torifito hotel房間很溫馨，我們是住家庭房，早餐簡單精緻，有到二世谷滑雪場的免費接駁巴士非常的方便，飯店的隔壁有A E O N超級市場非常的便利，飯店服務人員也很親切。

安価なのにとても素敵＆快適なホテルで驚きました。
ですが部屋にエアコンはありませんので、真夏はちょっと暑いです💦

カードキーで女性には女性風呂専用カードが追加される形です。フロントから宿泊者専用エリアに入る際もカードが必要です。

大浴場も大きさ、清潔感は十分。

コインランドリーもあって洗濯もできるし、朝食のレストランは少し高いかな？と思いましたが、この寛げる空間でゆったり過ごせる事を考えたら良い選択でした。品数も多くはありませんが、ザンギや焼きニシンも美味しく頂きました。

食事は8:00-23:00までやってる隣のマックスバリュー(駐車場から連絡通路アリ)や、目の前のローソンで買ってきて食べることも出来るし、なんとも利便性が高いです。

フロント前のロビーや、宿泊者専用のロビーも別にあって、部屋以外でもとても広く開放的な寛ぐスペースがあるのもなんとも素敵です。

上品なカプセルホテル
ニセコ周辺の開発の中、安価で利用できるのは貴重。
部屋仕切りはマグネット固定で鍵はかからないし、テレビはイヤホン必須でホテルにはない。
貴重品はベット下の鍵付き棚に収納。カードでエリアドアを開けるので忘れると面倒。
隣のマックスバリュー、ダイソーが便利。

空調は全体空調。夕方到着でサーキュレーター全開で済んだのは幸い。今夏の昼間は耐えがたい暑さであったと思われる。

羊蹄山の前泊に利用しました。

価格・サービス・場所ともに最高！
お店も近くにたくさんあるし、最寄り登山口まで5分，京極登山口でも20分と文句なし！
チェックアウトは何時でもできる！
大浴場も良かった。
ラウンジからは羊蹄山を見ることもできます。
また泊まりにきたい

Wir verbrachten auf unserer Fahrradreise spontan eine Nacht in diesem Hotel und sind sehr zufrieden. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Eingang der Stadt, in unmittelbarer Nähe zu Minimarkt und Restaurants und es ist sehr preiswert. Die Rezeption ist englischsprachig und es wurden uns super Parkplätze zur Verfügung gestellt für die Fahrräder. Das Zimmer und das gemeinsame Bad sowie die WC - Anlagen waren sauber, sehr geräumig und sinnvoll ausgestattet. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr lecker und das Ambiente im gesamten Hotel einladend und warm.
