The highlights are that the hotel is beautiful as would be expected of a Park Hyatt. The breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts we ever hard.

However, the main reason for leaving this review is to highlight the service of the staff. I specifically want to highlight Daichi and Jason of the check-in staff. They went above and beyond while introducing our room/the hotel, and Jason helped us reserve a table for dinner the the lounge (he also provided a great restaurant recommendation for Sapporo). Over the course of our one night stay, they were incredibly warm and helpful, making the PH Niseko a place we will come back to.

Came here with my partner for a little get away/ski trip before joining friends to explore the rest of Japan. By far the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in (we are only 27). The service is incredible and kind, the amenities are all you could ask for and more. Everything is so immaculately clean and spacious and it was never over crowded. Breakfast is the best I’ve ever had at at hotel with an amazing mix of Japanese breakfast foods and western foods.

We did not want to leave and will 100% be back if we can. We left so relaxed and fulfilled and thought the stay was worth every dollar.

My husband and I came here for our honeymoon and it was even more amazing then I thought it would be. First of all you’re right on the hanazono slopes which makes for easy access to let you ski every possible moment. The staff there is also incredibly kind and helpful. Ayano and Jack, thank you so much for everything and our trip wouldn’t have been the same without you. The breakfast every morning is also great and a huge selection. Each morning we would get excited to try different things. It’s also great that there is so many different food options all in one hotel. If you’re a skier I would definitely recommend going through diamond ski and snowboard rental. They’re right in the hotel you get your own personal locker and it truly was a 10 out of 10 experience. Lastly our room and the accommodations were just so amazing and well thought out and we cannot wait to come back.

Gorgeous rooms with a wide variety of amenities. Perfect for skiing during the day and chilling at night. We were a little hesitant about eating hotel food at first but all the meals and room service we had here ended up being delicious. The breakfast buffet and drinking at the lounge/bar were my personal favorites (outside of skiing of course)

One of the best resort that I ever stayed. Room was so spacious and comfortable, the amenities and facilities are top notch.

Even that most of the restaurants and the hanazono ski area are close, we still enjoy every second of our 5 nights stay.

The breakfast was so delicious we always look forward to our breakfast time. The staff speak really good english, the concierge team was so helpful during our stay.

I would like to thank you personally to Gabriella Yonanda and Kanthida Kantha from the concierge team for being so kind and helpful during our stay. Also Thedry and Ayu Agung from the Lounge restaurant.

Looking forward to come back soon

Awesome room, magnificent view, delicious food, friendly and helpful staff. What else could you ask for?

10/10 for me

My first trip was in the northern part of Japan, Niseko. I chose Park Hyatt because I felt this hotel was very beautiful. Stayed 4 nights at this hotel and I felt this was one of my best stays in Niseko, the food was all delicious especially the breakfast. all the staff here are very helpful. Hopefully I can come back here again in the winter

Absolutely amazing place even in the shoulder season. I love all the facilities and the small touches. The hourly cleaned onsen, the underwater speaker of the pool, everything's perfectly designed.

Special thanks to Sarah and Ali, whom went out of their way to help me out on an incident which could otherwise ruin our trip. They are passionate, processional, courteous and dependable. Thanks again.

The internation crew really shines here and I finally got to talk to people after almost getting autistic in Japan as virtually nobody speaks English...

Some minor incidence in the end which is not a big deal to me. However I wish the local team handled it a bit better.

Had an absolutely delightful stay at the Park Hyatt. The hotel facilities exceeded expectations – the onsen was incredibly relaxing, and the gym turned out to be more spacious than I had anticipated. The breakfast was a highlight with a diverse selection and exceptionally fresh produce.

Opted for a King Suite with a view of the ski resort, and the room was not only spacious but also incredibly comfortable; providing plenty of room for my energetic 3-year-old to play around. The large windows and walk-in closet added to the appeal, showcasing a well-thought-out room design.

The hotel's proximity to the Hanazono gondola, visible from our room, allowed us to quickly access the first lifts. However, what truly elevated our stay was the exceptional staff. The friendliness and helpfulness of everyone, especially Roberto, who shared an immense amount of information, made a significant impact. We deeply appreciate your efforts and have thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Can’t wait to get back next season!

We can get good stay here.
We can get breakfast for free. However, as the time for last orders approaches, many part-time Asian chefs come out and as they lower the trays, they grab meatballs and bread into their mouths and move them around.
It was very unsanitary and uncomfortable for us.
We mentioned this to the manager and asked for improvement, but the same thing happened again and again throughout our stay here.

Serving the same tray of food the next day is unsanitary and disgusting.
Why does a woman wearing a chef's hat do her job putting food in her mouth every morning? That's not the kitchen.

Just spent 8 nights at this amazing hotel on a family snowboarding trip. Location is unbeatable. Food was great with many options of cuisine type available for dinner in the many restaurants, brilliant job by executive chef Marcello . Although the hotel does not have any dedicated kids program, Niseko Kids Club (also fantastic) is based next door at Hanazono 308 base. At the same time my 2.5yr old daughter was still made very welcome by every hotel staff member we met. Facilities (gym, pool, onsen, ski valet) all exceeded expectations to a very high standard.

Overall, as an airline pilot who travels extensively around the world, this hotel is certainly amongst the best I’ve had the pleasure of staying at & will certainly be back.

This place was the highlight among our Tokyo, Kyoto, and Niseko honeymoon! We were welcomed with honeymoon champagne and cake, and the best view of the mountain possible. We learned after staying there that there is a residence side and a hotel side. We stayed in the residence side in a corner unit and it was unbelievable with heated floors, in-room laundry, and views of the lifts. We would happily have lived there. We booked restaurant reservations far out for sushi omakase, China Kitchen, Olivio, and fondue at the Mountain Lounge. Everything was phenomenal. The breakfast buffet was our favorite part of our day — we’ll never forget the French toast. Make sure to reserve the onsen in advance over email (and I highly recommend a facial— was an amazing face and upper body massage). A lot of people complained in reviews that communication was poor, but we had zero problems. They were very responsive on email and if we needed something fast (eg, our flight was canceled and impacted transportation), we called and spoke to someone immediately in perfect English. The only negative I’ll mention was that it often took some time to find someone to close out our restaurant bill, but that could just be the American in me. We can’t wait to come back!

We had a really great stay at Park Hyatt over Christmas with our two-year-old daughter. Perfect location for a ski vacation with small children as all the snow activities are just right outside your doorstep.

Style.
Contemporary sleek alpine hotel designed by Bar Studio

Setting.
Beautiful mesmerizing Niseko, gorgeous hotel facing Mt. Yotei, nirvana for snowboarders skiers

Explore.
Niseko and Hokkaido

Rooms.
We were in A712, a spacious luxurious(over 1500 square feet) 2 bedroom residence with our own private semi outdoor osen, & meditative views of Mount Yotei. Staff that checked us in said the massive tub would take 30 minutes to fill with Niseko’s mineral rich volcanic water. Along with the massive windows, we had 3 showers, & one bathroom with a deep soak bath tub.

@ the hotel
Hanazono is known to be the boonies in Niseko, even better for a total escape, my young nephews that were in Niseko months ago preferred this quieter area. Hotel has 11 restaurants and bars, including Michelin star sushi & fine dining Molière Montagne, as well as a cigar lounge. We ended up at Robata for dinners because of the kids, Shabu Shabu is a perfect way to have the boys entertain themselves with zero screen time. Nice warm indoor pool. Public onsen was smaller vs what I expected plus was completely indoors.

Food & drinks.
We ate at Robata both nights

Prices.
Paid USD 1500 per night for twin suite (all inclusive ski package for four of us). We were super happy as got upgraded to the two bedroom onsen residence

Rating.
5/5

The Park Hayatt Niseko is just the best hotel in Hokkaido.
I stay there few times and the room are very nice and spacious.
The team are very friendly and professional and so much better than the first season.
Maybe it’s due to the new Hotel Director Paul.
Michael at the gym is helpful and know his job very well he can give you so much advice and can create a personal program for you .
The bar have very nice Mocktails and live music at night that’s create a perfect vibe after a long day on the slopes the singer Daniel is amazing and create a very romantic atmosphere.
My favorite restaurant is China kitchen at Park Hayatt. And the Baba au Rhum we had for Chinese New Year was a hit .
I wish they will put it on the regular menu.
Big Thank to Roberto who organize this stay, so professional and very helpful with all the good advice about what to do in Niseko .

Phenomenal experience, from the room to the 4-room breakfast buffet, from the subtle aromas in the ski valet to the 3-pool public onsen, this Park Hyatt ranks as one of my ultimate favorites! Amazing stay, such an incredible treat!

Park Hyatt Niseko is a luxury hotel that provides great service from Rooms to their F&B services.
It is a great location if you love to Ski and experience a winter weather, however it’s going to be very cold. We visited here on the First week of November and it’s cold already. We still enjoyed our stay.

This Hotel has great food and very nice breakfast buffet. We enjoyed the view while having our breakfast.

Our room has a private onsen and we loved it.

It is one of the best places to stay! Our room has a onsen and it is lovely! You don't need to speak japanese to understand anyone, as it is a very international area. If you are willing to put a little extra money, then it is worth it!

Well designed by BAR Studio, probably one of the best ski hotels in the world. However we can see some value engineering, no marble bathroom, engineered stone countertops, but are still forgivable.
