とても良いお店でした。店内も綺麗で、素敵な音楽が流れおしゃれ。品揃えも豊富で、中古ではありますが比較的新しめの機種のものが他店やネットよりも安い上、商品自体が全体的に綺麗なものばかり。店内見渡してもすごく綺麗に並べられています。
スタッフの皆さんもあたたかく、距離感も良く、大変良いお店でした。日本語もお上手で、優しく丁寧です。とても良い買い物が出来ました。本当にありがとうございました。私が楽譜を広げたりすると、置き場所を協力してくれるなど助かりました。嬉しかったです。応援していますので頑張ってください！

Wouldn't recommend them for repairs. Very unprofessional (almost non-existent response via call or messaging) and my laptop came back worse than when I sent it to them (cracked).

I brought my laptop there to replace the LCD screen that was flickering (I showed them). The staff saw it and told me that they can repair it and it would only take a week or less.

However, they never contacted me even after a week, and I when I called to check the status of my laptop, they kept giving excuses for why they couldn't tell me yet, and forgetting to call me back.

After 2 weeks, they said they couldn't find the parts required for my repair and to go collect my laptop from them.

My original LCD screen is now cracked and they peeled off the tape in a weird way (they said it was normal). There were also some small bent parts inside my laptop frame and there was a missing internal screw, which the next repair shop I went to informed me of.

Personally, VERY UNSATISFIED with their service.

Update: I managed to get it fixed in just ONE WEEK after getting a screen replacement shipped from overseas and repaired at a different place within the day.

Just don't buy from this store.. bad attitudes and no responsibility
Next day i bougt a laptop, and got restart for kany many times.. Had guarantee for it but they refuse it.

It’s tooo much just don’t buy here its owner is rude Nvr try here again I hate nvr again 😡😡
