they are so good with customers, the kimonos are pretty, the owner and the staff are so nice and approachable. The staff can speak english. My make up is so good I liked it. All in all, this is a good rental shop. I highly recommend it.

Hachan was very helpful and friendly. She did a wonderful job in helping my family pick outfits, did my hair, and make up. She is very good at her job . We were able to take amazing photos and are happy with our experience.

Best kimono service ever! Very affordable and easy to find, just steps away from Sensoji temple! The staff were super helpful and kind. There’s wide variety of kimono and yukata to choose from. Definitely would come back!

The person was very kind and helpful, I loved the suits and she is very good at choosing the combinations depending on your color and what you like.

The store owner is really generous, enthusiastic. The price is relatively cheap and the quality is so good. She also help me contact the police to find my lost item. Everything in this store is nice! You must go there to rent kimono or yukata when you go to Tokyo!

Hachan is so kind helping us dress up. It took about 30-60mins to dress up. She is so focus on the the details and yet the whole experience is smooth and interesting. We picked the silk kimono, which has the better quality and absolutely 旖麗 on us. TYVM Hachan, we will be back next time.
