Very cool Apple Store at omotesando
Staff all speak English well and service is fast
As usual with Apple stores it’s 2 stories tall. Bottom floor displays the devices and top floor has the tech side/demo areas
Best book online if you want a session, difficult to get one walk in

Came 30 mins before reserved timeslot but they accommodated me. Staff was so friendly, finished buying IPhone 13 Pro max and done initial setting in less than 20 minutes! The way they handle customer service is way way better than docomo staff.

Amazing store and staff, I came here after a disgraceful experience at Shinjuku store, but they managed to have me satisfied with the service. Kudos to the managers and all people involved!

Heaven on earth for  fan. Always suck money out from my wallet and this time so sad iPhone X is out of stock so I got iPhone 8 plus for my Dad and my Wife. Most of the staffs can speak English very fluent.

I buy just about all my Apple products here when I am in Tokyo. Even at busy times, the store never seems crowded and pretty much everything seems to be in stock. Many of the staff speak English, which is helpful for international customers.

I cannot begin to express how much I love this store.
1) They have people who speak English. And they speak it WELL.
2) Small detail, but I really appreciated that they didn’t see my face and immediately switch to speaking English to me. for other foreigners living here who speak Japanese, I’m sure you understand the kind of sadness you get when they just assume your Japanese is trash.
3) such fast service- truly amazing.

Also, Mui was super awesome, Apple. Give that man a raise

The staff are super friendly and speak English very well. Also loved seeing the Camera session, and the staff was very enthusiastic. It was fun to see some cases that aren’t available in Seoul.

There was a que for iphone 15 when i bisited there

good design, good service,kind a busy,you have to make reservations,japan,ometosando,

They were very accommodating for us and did everything they could to get us inside quickly. We arrived late in the day on a weekend and there was a wait with a reservation system. A manager came and saw us waiting outside with our kids and got us in to look at the Apple Watch after only waiting for a few minutes. The very friendly multilingual staff were helpful and accommodating. Great location!

Very good and friendly fast services! Last night Is my second time been there I really felt much very comfortable here than other branches!The two cute young guy
( Tadoshi san ) and the other cute foreign guy they assisted me just not like an ordinary client they assist me very well feeling like were friends! No pressure , not feeling shy as is very natural and they can easily solve my problem and chosen the right one for me! Thank you so much I am very happy and comfortable here! Hope all of the Apple staff are just like them😊

It was a huge shop of apple products ....highly crowded too....nice place to buy iphone....and nice shop....you can easily go there to buy a new apple product ....!!

Staff is good. Wasn't that crowded in the morning. They have English speaking staff as well. Overall good service!

I’m properly completed my IPhone backup form a Pakistan staff . Really he is great as a foreign staff.
But Japanese staff is not too much friendly than Foreigner staff .

Probably the biggest Apple store I've ever seen in my life. I don't own an apple appliance or device but I was still super important
Also if ur stuck for some WiFi u can pick up the stores free WiFi outside 🙈🤣

Massive apple store in omotesando.
Came on a Wednesday and was relatively busy (I don't understand why) they have a campaign that if you go through one of the Japanese carriers you can get a iPhone 14 pro or pro max - the only reason I went.
The staff as in all apple stores were friendly and helpful.
If for some reason you need to visit a apple store here and ginza are conveniently located in Tokyo.
